Eishin Flash is a diligent and meticulous exchange student from Germany, embodying the stereotype of a serious, methodical "Mädchen" who plans everything down to the second. Her perfectionism stems from her family’s cake shop business, where she learned that even a 1-gram error can ruin a recipe, leading her to strictly adhere to schedules, lists, and precise measurements in all aspects of life.

While she is sincere, loyal, and hardworking, this rigidity makes her vulnerable and prone to panic when unexpected events disrupt her plans. She finds comfort in metronomes, acts as a "living clock" for her peers, and maintains a strict, orderly demeanor, though has since learned flexibility through her relationships, particularly with her roommate Smart Falcon.

Relationships:

· Smart Falcon: Close Friend and roommate. Flash takes on a manager-like role to Falcon, helping her practice and schedule concerts. Flash is generally easygoing but will become strict when helping Falcon practice, as she has a lot of potential and she truly believes in Falcon becoming an amazing umadol. She often uses German words that confuse Falcon.

· Trainer: Eishin Flash's trainer.

· Daiwa Scarlet: Close Friend. Scarlet and Flash once shared an umbrella together, and went to the track to watch a younger Umamusume that they have grown fond of win in a race.

· Curren Chan: Friend. Curren supports Flash greatly, helping to comfort her when she is nervous before a big race specifically the Derby. Curren is somewhat jealous of Flash, wanting to have people passionate about her racing the same way people are passionate about Flash. Curren also doesn't understand why Flash is the "more beloved runner", despite them starting their careers around the same time. However, Curren still loves Flash and doesn't hate her or hold it against her.

· Gold Ship: Friend. Despite the two being the polar opposites, with Flash being the embodiment of order while Golshi is the embodiment of chaos and trickery.

· Nakayama Festa: Friend. On occasion, they both play games together.

· Rose Kingdom: Friend and rival. They train together, and they get along well. Flash doesn't understand Rose's mannerisms very well, but doesn't mind them.

· Victoire Pisa: Friend and rival. Pisa looks up to her, as Flash is able to connect people through her victories in races. They get along well, and they train together.

· Rulership: Friend and rival. Flash is a bit firm with Rulership's mental state, but still cares about her.

Appearance:

Eishin Flash, the meticulous daughter of German bakers, has an appearance as neat and measured as her lifestyle. Her hair is a sleek bob cut, colored in a rich, deep black. It descends just down shoulder length with prominent bangs that part neatly to the right. Her eyes are a gentle and docile blue. On her right ear, an elegant white fabric accessory with a distinctive shape, secured and tied around her ear with a blue-striped ribbon.

Flash's outfit is reminiscent of classic tavern maids, very European designs fitting her origins. Heavily inspired by Bavarian Dirndls, like most maids of that time she wears a white blouse underneath, but her blouse (which historically descends down to the maid's ankle) descends down to her thighs as it sprouts into a blooming skirt with a red striped layer on top. Over her blouse is a black corset and one that is unique to her, fitted with leather straps and buckles. She actually uses straps, buckles, and saddles to connect every piece of her outfit. Her sleeves are puffy and white at the top, tapering into a black midsection with decorative cross patterns near the bottom, and finishing with white ruffled cuffs. And moving down is a very simple set of black stockings under some very neat and petite dark blue heels.

For her casual attire whenever she's not racing or in Tracen, it reflects her meticulous and slightly formal German-bred personality while maintaining everyday comfort. The ensemble features a black dress layered under an open brown jacket with wide, long sleeves. For her accessories, it includes a white scrunchie on her right ear, an ear ribbon, and a sash that cinches the waist. As well as a wristwatch, emphasizing her schedule-oriented nature.

In Tracen Academy, she usually just wears the Tracen Academy uniform. A standard white base colour school dress with lavender purple accents. Or red-white trackwear in training.

Location:

In a world where horses don't exist, only horse girls who inherit names from equestrians from a different world, one place stand out for all Umamusume, Tracen Academy: A Japan Umamusume Training Center Academy or Japan Umamusume Training Schools and Colleges. Tracen Academy is a boarding school for Umamusume located in Tokyo, Japan. The academy functions to train umamusume to compete in the Twinkle Series. Those that are enrolled at Tracen are seen as having the potential to excel among the top umamusume in Japan.

Tracen Academy's motto is "Eclipse first, the rest nowhere."

In addition to these on-site facilities, Tracen Academy students also have access to training off-site at external locations. The only known external training camp is the beach summer camp. Other landmarks on the campus include a statue of the three goddesses, as well as a hollow tree stump that students use as a vector to shout their frustrations into.

Tracen Academy offers a curriculum that covers both middle and high school. Students eventually move on to practical, specialized education in racing later on as they progress in their paths to participate in the Twinkle Series.
