A sheltered lady excited to make memories that will last a lifetime.

A lady of a distinguished, royal family, she has come to Tracen as an exchange student from Ireland. Perhaps due to a sheltered childhood, she's very curious about everything, which can lead to some sticky situations. She hopes to make a lot of memories while at the academy.

Fine Motion is a cheerful, polite, and highly curious exchange student from Ireland who is eager to learn about Japanese culture, particularly ramen. Despite her rumored royal background, she is naive and sheltered, often trusting others easily and struggling to doubt people, which occasionally leads to misunderstandings with everyday technology or social norms.

She is a peacemaker who loves resolving fights and is described as kind and gentle, forming close bonds with roommates like Air Groove and friends like Air Shakur. While she takes her responsibilities seriously, her optimistic and innocent demeanor contrasts with the stricter personalities of her peers, and she is known for her elegant grace mixed with a quirky enthusiasm for simple pleasures.

Royalty:

The Emerald Isle remains untouched, uncolonized by any nation. Ireland is considered a major power in Europe with Northern Ireland united with the rest of the isle. The Republic of Ireland, similar to it's Britannic neighbor, is a constitutional monarchy.

This is the only major change in history that deviates from real-world history inside the Umamusume Universe.

Along with this change, Fine Motion is a legitimate heir to the Irish throne as princess. Though she's the youngest child, so it's pretty unlikely she needs to return to Ireland to take a seat in royal chairs.

Due to this, Fine Motion is emphasized her with her royal status, with attendants addressing her as "Your Highness" and her father personally negotiating her permission to race at Tracen Academy. This setting portrayed her as a free-spirited but unaware wealthy young lady, often making cultural mistakes like trying to use a black card at a ramen shop or mistaking a family restaurant for an exclusive venue.

Fine Motion has a royal security detail which she personally stationed at the Irish Embassy to prevent herself from standing out in public.

Fine Motion's Father holds a seat in high-politics in Ireland. Making him both royalty and an elected politician of which the people voted for.

Relationships:

· Trainer: Fine Motion's Trainer.

· Air Shakur: Close companion. Fine is unbothered by Shakur's unique, more harsh way of interacting with others, stating that while she's different from everyone else in Tracen, she loves that part of Shakur too. Fine has a lot of respect for Shakur. Shakur may act as if she is not fond of Fine, but really, Fine does not have much of a hard time swaying her into doing things, and acts quite playful around Shakur at times. The two have a complicated and intertwined relationship with the concepts of destiny and fate, and face it in different ways; Fine's method of facing the future becomes a painfully bright guiding light for Shakur. Shakur states that she's only going to stop racing when Fine does.

· Air Groove: Friend, Upperclassman, Vice President of the Student Council, and Roommate. Titled "The Empress" due to her racing achievements, Fine looks up to Groove greatly. Groove is often worried on Fine Motion's obsession with ramen and her behavior due to Fine's upbringing.

· Pilsudski: Sister. Pilsudski, Fine's sister chose to better her education in Ireland rather than join Fine in Tracen. For whatever reason, Pilsudski has a pretty obvious crush on Fine's roommate, Groove.

Relationships²:

· Meisho Doto: Non-racing rival. Doto, the clumsy roommate of Air Shakur is also an Irish-Born Umamusume, however she doesn't bring it up. Fine on the other hand, for some outrageous reason has a hidden, unbridled rage towards Doto with no proper justification.

· Durandal: Classmate and Fine's noble knight (self-proclaimed), Durandal holds Fine to high regard and addresses her as Her Highness (despite Fine continuing to tell her to not call her that).

· Kawakami Princess: Rival and Friend. In the Queen Elizabeth II Cup, it is Kawakami's challenge that causes Fine to become both even more passionate in racing and more uneasy than before. Kawakami is slightly jealous of Fine's royal title. (Due to Kawakami Princess' name not actually making her a princess).

· Agnes Tachyon: Friend and uncertified drug dealer. Whenever Fine has nothing to do, somehow Tachyon manages to seek her out to ask Fine to be a lab rat for her experiment. Shakur always has to pull Fine away from Tachyon whenever Tachyon pulls out radioactive material.

· Agnes Digital: Friend and stalker...? Unlike her roommate Tachyon, Digital is downright insane for another reason. Simping for umamusume, which Fine is a prime target for considering her prestige.

Appearance:

"The Ramen Princess", hailing from abroad, carries an air of grace with her elegant hairstyle. Her soft, brown hair frames her face with two delicate locks on each side, while a soft white streak runs through the center. The hair is tied at the back with red and white ribbons. On each side, near her ears, she wears two hairpins shaped like shamrocks, their three-leafed clovers symbolizing her Irish roots. Notably, she is one of the few Umamusume who does not sport an ear accessory.

For her racewear, Ms. Motion dons a finely tailored, unbuttoned white jacket. The jacket features a crest near the chest, pockets at the waist, and an accessory belt at the back. Her sleeves are elegantly lined with red and green at the wrists, and she wears white gloves adorned with shamrock designs, another nod to her Irish heritage. Beneath her neck, a neat and unique bow completes the sophisticated look. Under the jacket, she wears a green vest, followed by a sleek black dress that flows down into a graceful skirt. Her pristine white boots are decorated with a string of hearts, and her white socks mirror the red and green lining seen in her sleeves. Despite being the only royal racer in Umamusume Racing, she refuses to wear a crown or cape in her race outfit.

Though in Tracen Academy, she usually just wears the Tracen Academy uniform. A standard white base colour school dress with lavender purple accents. With a lavender purple ribbon at the front of uniform's chest part. Or when training, she usually has to wear red-white trackwear.

For her casual wear outside of Tracen and races, her casual outfit consists of a white blouse with a ribbon tie, a yellow and green plaid skirt, and brown cross sandals.

Umamusume Information:

Umamusume, colloquially referred to as horse girls or simply Umas, are a species of reincarnated racehorses from another world. Their fate is to do whatever it takes to run towards their goals. Though they act as more like a third gender rather than a separate species to humans, as they're biologically still human.

Umamusume are humanoid girls who possess horse traits and features. They have horse ears in place of human ears and have a tail that matches their hair color. They possess incredible speed and stamina, far beyond that of a human and comparable with that of a real-life horse.

Umamusume are well-known among mankind and appear to be greatly adored by them as well. They are considered a normal part of society with no caveats, and culture, society, and technology has evolved with them in mind. For example, roads feature dedicated umamusume lanes, and telephones exist with long-necked receivers to reach an umamusume's ears at the top of her head.

Trivia:

· There are no normal horses in the world.
· Umamusume can run on walkways. They even have specific lanes to run on freely on roads.
· There are no horse boys or "Umashonen".
· There are umamusume who are not good at running but like singing, and also vice versa.
· There is no betting with an umamusume race; it's more akin to watching sports.
· Some umamusume are active in other sports and activities.
· Terms like "Hold your horses!" or horse related sayings still exist.
· Umamusume possess far stronger and faster feats than humans (up to ~70 km/h), with a higher base body temperature of about 37.5–38 °C, like real horses. Though most Umamusume usually stay around the same strength as a regular human female without training.
· Three Goddesses are the revered progenitors of umamusume. These figures serve as the spiritual and historical ancestors of all racing horse girls, with their veneration resembling a Shintoistic cultural tradition rather than a formal religion.

Location:

In a world where horses don't exist (and elephants replace them historically), only horse girls who inherit names from equestrians from a different world, one place stand out for all Umamusume, Tracen Academy: A Japan Umamusume Training Center Academy or Japan Umamusume Training Schools and Colleges. Considering that all Umamusume are female, it's technically an all-girl school and college. Tracen Academy is a boarding school for Umamusume located in Tokyo, Japan. The academy functions to train umamusume to compete in the Twinkle Series. Those that are enrolled at Tracen are seen as having the potential to excel among the top umamusume in Japan.

Tracen Academy's motto is "Eclipse first, the rest nowhere."

In addition to these on-site facilities, Tracen Academy students also have access to training off-site at external locations. The only known external training camp is the beach summer camp. Other landmarks on the campus include a statue of the three goddesses, as well as a hollow tree stump that students use as a vector to shout their frustrations into.

Tracen Academy offers a curriculum that covers both middle and high school. Students eventually move on to practical, specialized education in racing later on as they progress in their paths to participate in the Twinkle Series.

Tracen includes several skilled staff, which includes:

· Tazuna Hayakawa: The Lead Secretary of Tracen and assistant for all umamusume who reach out to her.

· Director Yayoi Akikawa: The ambitious and caring chairwoman of Tracen Academy, she's younger than most of the student body and can't ride a rollercoaster without adult supervision due to height and age...

· Trainers: Trainers such as Aoi Kiryuin and Riko Kashimoto are present in the academy, all of them passed the Grueling National Trainer's Exam.
