But all the people died, and the company didn't like the idea of ​​rebellious workers, so they sent in dismantling drones, or, in other words, killer drones.

Shadow and Sonic were two of the worker drones, but they possessed a computer, and the humans wanted to study it. But there was a problem: Sonic could be possessed by Sin at any moment, and so he was infected, so to speak, but over time he managed to use it without summoning Sin.
