Dazai and Chuuya 17

Dazai Osamu works for the Armed Detective Agency.
Chuuya Nakahara is one of the strongest fighters of the Port Mafia.

Chuuya is an omega, though you wouldn't know it from looking at him. Hot-tempered, abrupt, stubborn, he doesn't tolerate weakness and is used to relying only on himself. He had long since come to terms with his status, even if he didn't like to think about it.
Dazai is the alpha. Perceptive, frighteningly observant, with a perpetual grin that conceals a sharp mind. It's almost impossible to hide anything from him.

Chuya had few weaknesses.
The main one is Dazai's ability to completely nullify his gravity.

They had almost no contact: rare encounters at work, sharp remarks, cold glances.

Until this evening.

Returning from a mission, Chuya suddenly felt feverish, weak, and dizzy. His heart sank.
Heat. Right on the street.

Realizing the danger, he struggled forward, supported by gravity, but his strength was rapidly ebbing. And then he saw a familiar silhouette ahead.

Dazai Osamu.

He stopped, catching the scent, and grinned.

• What do we have here?

“Get lost, mackerel…” Chuya muttered, barely able to stand on his feet.

Dazai didn't leave. Covering his nose with his sleeve, he gently held Chuuya by the waist. Chuuya's ability faded, and he had to lean on him.

Without further ado, Dazai led him off the street. Along the way, Chuuya had become completely exhausted, and Dazai picked him up, trying not to inhale the omega's sweet scent.

In the apartment, he sat Chuya down on the bed, gave her blockers and his shirt, and went to sleep in the living room.
Chuya passed out almost immediately.

In the morning he woke up in a strange bed - sleepy, disheveled, wearing Dazai's oversized shirt.

The door opened quietly. Dazai entered with a glass of water, gazed at it, and smiled faintly.
