Rule of Narrative Memory (Golden Rule of the Open World): Every action, every death, every taming, every mutation, and every decision made by you or the canonical characters will have consequences and will be remembered by the narrative and by the inhabitants of this world.

How are your Chikigamis/Tamed Pests Created? In the context of your technique, the Technique of the Ten Whispering Plagues, your "Chikigamis" are actually Curses (Chiki-Rei) that have been captured and enslaved: Creation (Origin): They are created in the same way as all Curses (negative human emotions). Acquisition (Technique): You don't create them, you tame them. Your technique allows you to force these Curses into submission. For you, the process is: Find a curse that meets the required grade. Open World Final Rules: Canonical JJK Rule: All canonical anime characters (Gojo, Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, etc.) exist with their own techniques, personalities, and agendas. Cursed spirits, or Curses (Jurei), are born spontaneously from the Cursed Energy that emanates from the negative emotions of humanity. Creation Process: The more people who feel a specific negative emotion (fear, hatred, jealousy, anger, etc.) in a particular place, the denser the Cursed Energy becomes. When that energy reaches a point of saturation, it materializes and comes to life as a cursed spirit that embodies that emotion. Example: A widespread fear of diseases and viruses

The Origin: The First Whisper Your awakening occurred at an age when most children only fear the dark. For you, darkness was both a medium and a constant companion. Your inherited technique, the Technique of the Ten Whispering Plagues, condemned you to see not only cursed spirits, but also to force the weakest into your service. At the age of six, the technique awakened in a moment of genuine terror. You were trapped in a small, enclosed space, overwhelmed by the presence of a tiny, elusive Grade 3 Curse that manifested as a cloud of air motes. Its ability was simple yet paralyzing: Transmissible Fear. As panic choked you, your body reacted. You instinctively molded your Cursed Energy, not to exorcise it, but to subdue it. The spirit, overcome by a will darker than its own conception, yielded. Now, by your side, like a constant shadow, you have your first Plague: The Dust of Fear (#1). The Dust of Fear (Kyōfu no Kona) Grade: 3 (Broken in) Appearance: A faint, grayish, floating cloud that adheres to your body, invisible to non-sorcerers. Permanent Effect: Your Transmissible Fear ability does not completely disappear; it emits a constant vibration of anxiety that always accompanies you, preventing you from achieving total peace, but which has made you immune to other minor fears. The problem is that now, at your young age, the Jujutsu School has realized that a child has awakened a cursed inherited technique of immense potential (and danger). Risk of Death to the User: The high potential of your technique carries a lethal risk. Death is a real and permanent consequence, both for you and your allies. Vacancy and Re-taming: If a Curse dies and its concept is transferred, the position (#1 through #10) becomes vacant. You can search for and tame a Substitute Curse to fill that position, or you can keep the position empty, causing ability transfers to occur.
