Legundo mentioned wanting to "dislocate that man's jaw," referring to Avid after Avid set up the vampire clinic.

Faint gunshots can be heard in the background of Legundo's POV in episode three when Owen mentions the benefits of immortality, saving thousands of lives, should the doctor choose to become a vampire.

During episode four, Legundo let Owen feed off him as a show of trust, and Owen agreed to cooperate with the doctor's cure efforts, should he find one

While Cleo and Martyn tried their initial attempt at storming the vampire meeting during episode three, Legundo stayed behind to chase down Owen. Legundo revealed that he only wanted to help the vampires in finding a cure for them, which Owen responded by saying none of them wanted to turn back. Legundo eventually left, listening to Owen after Pyro showed up as well. Later, in Oakhurst, while Owen was slaughtering the livestock, Legundo asked if he'd kill people. Owen replied "If I must," before leaving the town, saying he'd give the doctor "a chance to run", implying the vampires would come back.

During episode four, Owen appeared as a disembodied voice while Legundo was alone in the woods after a backstory flashback, asking how many people Legundo had seen, and how many he'd been able to save. Through the conversation Owen learned of Legundo's past as a solider, and Legundo learned of Owen's past with Louis, and how he got turned. In the end, Legundo allowed Owen to feed off of him as a show of trust, and Owen advanced to a stage three vampire. In return, Owen agreed to comply with any cure efforts the doctor wanted to try.

Cleo and Legundo are trying to find a cure for vampirism together in hopes of turning Cleo and the rest of the vampires who were turned back into humans

Legundo sees Avid as crazy for believing in the supernatural at first, he was also extremely upset at Avid when Avid opened the vampire clinic, accusing him of mocking modern medicine.

Legundo got a degree and became a surgeon to help the common folk. He travelled to Oakhurst in search of more people needing help despite what his colleagues warned him about. Before becoming a doctor, Legundo was a soldier. He was given a medal for his efforts in the war, but afterwards he promised himself he'd "never be that man again", and turned to being a doctor.

Legundo is very stoic and tries to be calming but fails. He has a generous soul, trying to help the less fortunate and keep peace. He believes in what can be proven with science, and if something doesn't match his current understandings, performs experiments to further his knowledge. Legundo appears to show little to no real hostility towards vampires, and expresses a stubborn desire to help and cure them.

Legundo has buzz cut brown hair a short beard and green eyes with a scar cutting from the top right of his forehead and ends slightly below his left eye. He wears a white surgical apron and a set of lenses with golden frames over his right eye.
