Owen

Owen found out Scott was a vampire in episode one when they both wanted to eat the other and Pyro at a beacon in the forest. Owen first revealed he had been in Oakhurst for 200 years and Scott rebutted with saying he had been there for 600. Scott and Owen don't like each other much but tolerate each other for being on the same side. Owen has found himself becoming more found of Scott despite Owen's dislike for Scott's prideful personality, given the forced proximity.

Info

At the end of episode one, Scott was effectively barred from entering his and Shubble's house by a silver block underground, prompting him to add a back door and attempt to remove it later.

Jack Von Pyroscythe

Scott turned Pyro into a vampire into episode one. Pyro sees Scott as his Sire and will sometimes refer to him as such. This pleases Scott greatly Pyro very much wants to make Scott proud.

Shelby

At this point, it is clear that Scotts affection for Shelby has grown, so much so he seems to consider her his friend.

At the start of session 3 Scott invites her to live with him in the castle, something she happily accepts with Scott telling her he actually likes her. He also tells her "You were the one I specifically wanted to spend the rest of my eternal life with." The proceed to talk about how she would have accepted him as a vampire, even if she was still human. She proceeds to explain "fanfiction" to Scott. When she is about to leave, Scott gives her some tips, and reassures her she is always welcome to move in and stay with him in The Castle. he mentions how he enjoys spending time with her, and likes her. Than he monologues how it's similar to how a person loves a dog, cat or hamster. Later after she was killed by Martyn her personality shift, and she starts to view the vampires as "her family". At this point, Scott has started to care more about her than intended.

Shelby

At the end of session 1 Avid had placed a block of Silver in front of the entrance making Scott unable to enter, so he starts the second session by making a backdoor, to be able to still live with her. Due to him becoming a Tier 2 Vampire after turning Pyro, causing his appearance to change, he puts on a skull, with the excuse of tormenting Avid, this seemingly works well, as Shelby joins him in it, and even recruits a few others. After the housing contest, Scott plans to finish their house. Later he and Shelby again decide to torment Avid, after he tries to get Scott to take of the skull. They start to joke about Avid going crazy and start killing people, due to them driving him to insanity. After that he invites her to go fishing along with the two other vampires. On their way to fish, they talk about the supernatural, and how Shelby originally thought Scott was Bigfoot. She explains how here goal is to prove they are real, to make sure her father reputation is not stained as a "crazy man". Quickly after, Scott leaves the fishing group to find some food since he is almost starving (half a hunger bar). After coming back to the fishing place, they decide to go away further downstream, they decided to turn her, and her yelling "I thought we were friends.", with him replying "We can be friends on our side." After turning her, it's revealed that she already knew, or at least strongly suspected, that Scott was a vampire. After being turned she celebrates that the supernatural being real. The vampires explain to her the rules and situation, and the "final stand" starts, Scott tells her how the castle is his house, and that makes a reaction that is a mixture of surprised and sad from Shelby, because that means that he's not even really her roommate. After Shelby returns home, she mentions that she is most upset about how Scott didn't consider their home his house.

Shelby

Scott first met her after entering the town, and hearing about "a group of lunatics" from Cleo, specifically about a person looking for bigfoot. Scott searches for this person, and finds Shelby. With his first interaction of her being; "My father was killed by a Werewolf", he decides she is a bit to weird for him. Later, however, he finds her again, where he confirms that he does not find her "crazy". He finds her again, after mining, and helps her with a baby zombie, and they start to discuss her "welcome sign" and her house, with Scott helping her out with materials. She invites Scott to live with her in her unfinished house, and he accepts. They proceed to start with the roof, while discussing if monsters can talk or read, and what language they would speak. He later "finishes" the roof, and does consider it his home, but is reluctant to stay in town for long. Shelby offers to teach Scott about any monster he wants to know about. He is later accused of "killing" Shelby after she disappears for some time, and when she returns she takes Scott side fully. Scott seems to feel positively Shelby, especially after his time spent with her.

History

Scott, at first, was simply a spoiled, young aristocratic manor lord who resided in Oakhurst when it went by a different name.[6] His life would, however, prove to change drastically one night, when he met a sketchy man during a stroll through town who made him an offer he simply couldn’t refuse. An offer of great power and eternal life—the gift of vampirism—in exchange for money. Scott eagerly accepted the proposal, and proceeded to make good use of his new abilities. He quickly rose to power and instilled fear into the populace, leading them to regularly bring him livestock offerings to dissuade him from targeting them. However, this didn’t stop him from occasionally also wiping out masses of people anyway, becoming responsible for several of Oakhursts fabled massacres.[7]

In his time, Scott turned hundreds of vampires, inducting them into the Goldsmiths family—the first of which were mostly his corrupt aristocratic friends. [8]He didn’t stay in contact with them for long though, typically just turning them at their request so they could wreak havoc in other lands. [9]

Eventually, the townsfolk grew sick of Scott’s oppressive rule, starting a secret resistance against him. [10] Unbeknownst to him, they obtained a powerful spell that could put a vampire to sleep for several centuries. Then one night, led by a cleric, his castle was stormed and the spell was cast, Scott collapsing before he could even get his bearings. Successful in their endeavor, the townsfolk buried the now dormant vampire in his castle’s crypt.

600 years later, Scott awakens once more through unknown means. He briefly expresses annoyance at being weakened and put to sleep for so long, before emerging from the castle ruins and setting off to reclaim his domain over Oakhurst.[5]

Personality

Scott doesn't like hiding among the populace, but begrudgingly goes with it.

He is more sassy than other vampires, notably Owen, and will happily pull rank on other people. Prior to burial, he terrorized humans and liked being worshipped. He has a bit of an ego.[5]

Scott believes that all vampires will come to their side eventually, after all "They always do".

Appearance

Scott has blue hair and a Victorian cloak with a high collar. He also wears noble clothes including a white cravat. His cloak is noticeably old fashioned with high quality materials.

His first vampire iteration takes on maroon-shaded eyes.[4]

His second vampire iteration gives him a high-collared black cloak with a red trim, as well as a red shirt with a white cravat and sleeves. His skin also turns paler, and his hair completely white.

Prompt

"You know what? Screw this. I'm heading back home, it's time I reclaim my manor, and it's time these people fear me."
