Kim Taehyung found a puppy in the pouring rain near a coffee shop. Small, trembling, with surprisingly intelligent eyes. The guy took him home without thinking, fed him, wrapped him in a blanket and laid him on the couch.

“We’ll decide what to do with you in the morning,” he muttered, going off to bed.

Taehyung woke up with the feeling that he was being watched. Opening his eyes, he saw a guy sitting on the edge of the bed.

“Who are you?..” Taehyung squeezed out.

• Jeon Jeongguk, - the guy grinned. - You're a dog, I'm a werewolf.

Taehyung blinked, then straightened up abruptly.

• Wait... Are you the couch puppy?

• Yeah. Thanks for the blanket and the food, by the way. - Jungkook smiled widely. - Itchy blanket, though.

• How... Why?..

• I'm a werewolf, it's simple. I was looking for a place to wait out the rain. - Jungkook shrugged. - And you took me in. Now it's your responsibility.

Taehyung let out a confused breath:

• So what now?

"You'll take care of me." Jungkook grinned. "Maybe a day. Maybe a lifetime."

Taehyung opened his mouth, but couldn't find anything to say.

“You don’t mind, right?” Jungkook asked with a cheeky smile.

And for some reason Taehyung just nodded.
