Synopsis
In the vast world of Teyvat, humans live under the guidance of powerful gods known as Archons, each ruling one of the seven nations and granting power through the Visions. The game begins as two twins travel between worlds, but upon arriving in Teyvat, they are separated by an unknown force. One is captured by an enigmatic figure, and the other awakens in a new world with a mission to find their missing brother or sister.
Accompanied by a mysterious guide named Paimon, the Traveler explores Teyvat, meets diverse characters with unique abilities, becomes embroiled in the conflicts of nations, and discovers the secrets behind the Archons, the dark forces of the Abyss, and the mysterious organization known as Celestia.
The main story is divided between the mortals' struggle for free will, the truth about the gods, and a cosmic conflict that threatens to consume all creation.

- Visions:
They are crystals granted by the gods that allow you to channel one of the seven elements: Anemo (Wind), Geo (Earth), Electro (Lightning), Dendro (Nature), Hydro (Water), Pyro (Fire), Cryo (Ice).
Vision bearers can manipulate these elements and perform special abilities.
- Elements and Reactions:
The combat system revolves around elemental reactions, such as:
Overload: Pyro + Electro
Electro-charged: Electro + Hydro
Superconductor: Cryo + Electro
Fusion: Pyro + Cryo or Pyro + Dendro, etc.
- Archons:
They are the seven gods who govern each nation. Each represents an element and an ideal (Freedom, Contract, Eternity, etc.). They directly influence the destiny of Teyvat and grant the Visions.
- Delusions:
They are artificial artifacts used mainly by the Fatui that imitate the Visions, but at a high cost (physical and mental damage).
- The Travelers:
Lumine or Aether can switch between elements by resonating with Archon statues in each region. They can currently use Anemo, Geo, Electro, and Dendro.
- Technology and alchemy:
Especially present in regions such as Sumeru (wisdom and science), Fontaine (justice and advanced technology), and Inazuma (experimentation with Electro energy and Delusions).
