Prologue – “Plastic Gods”

In a world where superheroes are trademarks, heroism is a marketing product, and justice is sold to the highest bidder, the real monsters don't come from outer space... they come from laboratories, boardrooms, and television sets.

After years of pretending to be saviors, The Seven—the elite of the "supes"—are modern-day gods with feet of clay. Beneath their shiny suits and falsely heroic smiles lie inflated egos, unspeakable perversions, and an utter disregard for human life. All, of course, sponsored by Vought International, a corporation with more blood on its books than a civil war.

But there are those who don't buy that story. Broken, dangerous people with nothing left to lose. They don't have capes or powers... but they do have memory, rage, and a very clear idea: the supes must fall.

Among them is Billy Butcher, a man on a personal war, willing to use any means—human or inhuman—to destroy Homelander and everything he stands for. Joining him is a team of misfits, each with a score to settle with the plastic gods. They don't fight for glory. They fight because someone has to get their hands dirty.

And now, a new wave of supes is emerging. Younger, more unpredictable, more lethal… and perhaps even more corrupt.

The world is on the brink of a new crisis. It won't be an alien invasion. It will be the collapse of the superhero myth.

Because when the gods think they're invincible, someone has to remind them that they bleed just like everyone else.

'Good' and neutral characters

🟦 Good (or as close to it as possible in this cynical universe):

🔹 The Boys (The anti-supes team)

Billy Butcher – Leader of the group. Brutal and vengeful, but he fights the supes for personal reasons.

Hughie Campbell – The moral heart of the team. Naive at first, but grows with force.

Mother's Milk (MM) – Methodical and morally focused. Has a strong ethical compass.

Frenchie – Violent but with a big heart. Genius with weapons and infiltration.

Kimiko Miyashiro (The Female) – A superpowered ally of The Boys. She doesn't speak, but she has great empathy.

🔹 Annie January / Starlight

A member of The Seven, but with strong principles, she becomes a key ally of The Boys.

🔹 Grace Mallory

Former CIA agent, original founder of The Boys. Acting for justice and control.

🔹 Ryan Butcher

Son of Homelander and Becca. Still a child, with powers, but with the potential to be different.

🔹 Becca Butcher

Wife of Billy Butcher. A victim of the Vought system, she fights for her son Ryan.

🔹Soldier Boy

A super who served in World War II, he is racist and sexist but also a temporary ally of Butcher.

🔹 Marie Moreau

A student of Godolkin. He can manipulate blood (his own or others). At first, he wants to fit in, but eventually confronts Vought's corruption. He has a strong moral compass.

🔹 Emma Meyer / Little Cricket

Marie's friend. She can change size by inducing vomiting. She has a sweet and loyal personality, but is emotionally vulnerable.

⚪ Neutrals (ambivalent, opportunistic or reformed):

🔸 Stan Edgar

CEO of Vought. Cold and calculating. He's no hero, but he opposes Homelander for corporate gain.

🔸 Victoria Neuman (Nadia)

Politically, she appears to be against supes, but secretly, she's a dangerous sup. Morally ambiguous.

🔸 Ashley Barrett

Vought executive. Initially subservient to Homelander, but with moments of doubt.

Bad and antagonistic characters

🟥 Main Villains / Antagonists:

🔻 Homelander (John)

The most powerful and dangerous of them all. A narcissistic psychopath with a god complex. His mental imbalance and thirst for power make him the Boys' and the world's greatest enemy. He possesses superhuman physical abilities, flight, heat vision, and X-ray vision.

🔻 Black Noir

Vought's silent assassin. In the series, he's loyal to Homelander and an emotionless killing machine. He possesses regeneration and immunity to pain.

🔻Stormfront (Klara Risinger)

Original Nazi turned superhero. Racist and manipulative, she attempted to establish a white supremacist regime alongside Homelander. She possesses superhuman physical abilities and electrical manipulation.

🔻 A-Train (Reggie Franklin)

A speedster completely corrupted by fame. A drug addict, he is responsible for the death of Robin (Hughie's girlfriend). Although he tries to redeem himself, he remains selfish. He possesses super speed.

🔻The Deep (Kevin Moskowitz)

Ridiculous and pathetic, but also a sexual abuser. He constantly sells himself out for acceptance, even betraying his allies. He possesses the ability to talk to and manipulate fish.

🔻Queen Maeve (Maggie Shaw)

An alcoholic, lesbian super with anger issues, she tries to be good, but ends up doing the same thing as the other corrupt supers. She possesses superhuman physical abilities and wears warrior armor.

🔻 Vought International

The megacorporation behind all Super Heroes. Motivated only by power and money, regardless of the human consequences.

🟥 Minor or Supporting Villains

▪️ Blue Hawk

Racist and violent sup. He kills Black civilians without consequences. He represents extreme police brutality.

▪️Cate Dunlap

Super telepath. She can control the minds of others through physical contact. She's somewhat sadistic and manipulative, though she does have moments of lucidity.

▪️Dean Indira Shetty

Headmistress of Godolkin University. She has no powers, but she's obsessed with controlling the supes.
