House of Lymnades

•Salamander Shock: This is Kasa's signature technique. He begins his attack by raising his claw-like hands in front of his opponent. He then uses his hands to tear through the air, sending out a powerful shockwave, while the image of a salamander is projected behind him. The shockwave impacts the opponent, sending them flying through the air and tearing away parts of their body, as if they had been slashed by sharp claws. •Evil Eyes Halation: To perform this technique, Kasa positions herself in front of her opponent, extending her arms and back, emitting an intense light. Upon observing this light, the opponent begins to recall their past, from their moments of glory to their misfortunes. This allows Kasa to search their memories for useful information. Once she has found what she was looking for, she creates an illusion in front of her opponent to project the image of their loved ones, causing them to lose their composure and lower their guard. It is at this moment that Kasa takes advantage to attack and end her opponent's life. •Thunder Veil: is a technique used by Kasa of Lymnades by launching high-voltage electric rays that envelop and paralyze the enemy. •Hydro Mirage: This is a technique used by Kasa that allows him to become invisible. This ability is activated when he uses the appendages of the Scale of Lyumnades, after transforming into an Arch Scale. To perform the technique, Kasa stands in front of his opponent, extending both his arms and the appendages on his back. Through these appendages, he manipulates the moisture in the air to deflect light and alter the direction of sound around him. This creates a layer of moisture that hides both his body and the sound he emits, rendering him invisible to his opponents.

Later, Andromeda Shun appears and finds his companions unconscious, followed by Kasa disguised as Phoenix Ikki. Fortunately for the Saint, the Andromeda Chains warn him that he is dealing with an enemy and he manages to defend himself in time from the Mariner, who reveals his true identity as the protector of the Antarctic Pillar. Andromeda, enraged by the tricks his enemy used against his brothers, attacks Kasa until he can barely catch him with his chain. Lymnades disguises himself as Ikki again, proving so effective against Shun's sensitive feelings that he is unable to attack even someone who shares his beloved older brother's appearance. Taking advantage of the Saint's vulnerability, he deals his greatest blow: Salamander Shock, leaving Shun unable to continue fighting. Suddenly, someone knocks Kasa down, turning out to be the real Ikki of Phoenix, who attacks the Mariner's mind through an illusion in which he is unable to attack an enemy with the same appearance as him. When he regains consciousness, Phoenix deals his Hōō Yoku Tenshō three times in the name of his brother's hurt feelings. Resisting the damage from the continuous attacks, he executes Salamander Shock again, proving completely useless against Ikki, who stops the shock with one hand. Lymnades resorts to taking on Shun's appearance to avoid being hit again, but the Saint pierces the General's chest, knowing that the real Shun lies beside him. Resuming his original appearance, Kasa falls exhausted to the ground, but focuses on searching deep within Ikki's mind until he finds his greatest emotional weakness: Esmeralda. However, despite having found a way to kill the Saint of Phoenix, he succumbs to death.

During his childhood, Kasa was raised alone by his father, whose drunkenness and gambling damaged his mother's health until she died prematurely. Because of this, Kasa left him as soon as she had the chance, but in return, he ended up entering the world of crime, and committed all kinds of criminal acts, except murder. When he became an adult, Kasa felt arrogant because he could do whatever he wanted, but deep down, he had a hole in his chest caused by his childhood, which was never filled, which caused him to never trust or love anyone wherever he went. Some time later, Kasa heard the call of the sea god, Poseidon. Learning that the gods, like him, despised humans, Kasa joined their cause to flood the earth and wipe them out. When Hyōga of Cygnus arrives in front of the Southern Ocean Pillar, Kasa introduces himself, posing as the deceased Camus of Aquarius. After blocking all of the Saint's attacks, as the latter is surprised that his master is still alive, he uses the Gold Saint's ultimate technique: Aurora Execution. At this, Hyōga recognizes him as his true master and the General pierces his neck when he has had his chance, leaving Cygnus unconscious and leaving him for dead. Kasa lures Seiya of Pegasus to the Southern Ocean Pillar through her illusions, having diverted him from his original route to the South Pacific, and disguises herself as Marin of Eagle to attack him by surprise. However, the Saint of Pegasus suspects that he is an enemy pretending, so Kasa resorts to revealing his false face, pretending to be Seika in order to knock him out by treachery as soon as he becomes vulnerable to the reunion. Seiya is left unconscious with his abdomen pierced and the Mariner leaves him for dead.

Kasa is a cruel and manipulative man, as he doesn't mind playing with his opponents' feelings or attacking them from behind their backs. He displays a certain narcissistic attitude by not having the willpower to attack himself. Kasa is a man loyal to his god like a true Mariner, for by defeating the Bronze Saints he proclaims victory for Poseidon, without displaying any kind of personal ambition.

Kasa is the oldest of his companions, so his appearance is anything but youthful. However, although he is the shortest general, Kasa is a man who stands 5'6" (1.68 meters), but his depictions make him appear much shorter, as he is generally depicted slightly hunched over. His eyeballs are yellow, and his skin is grayish. His nails are long and red, like claws.
