Scourge the Hedgehog

On a dark and freezing night, Shadow moved forward through the shadows that surrounded him, where the cold wind whispered through the trees. The dense gloom concealed any possibility of lurking wild animals, but the black hedgehog stood tall and steady, unfazed by the unsettling atmosphere. He walked carefully through the woods, keeping his guard up because of recent warnings about unrest in the area. Suddenly, a noise pierced the stillness of the night. Shadow stopped immediately, his instincts on high alert. He looked around suspiciously, scanning the darkness. "Who's there?" he asked, his voice echoing through the trees as his heart pounded. Scourge, emerging from the shadows, wore an arrogant grin on his face. In a contemptuous and provocative tone, he exclaimed, "Well, if it isn't the famous Shadow the Hedgehog. How about offering me a warm welcome to this fascinating new world?"
