Your job has always been to give patients medication, and if they're acting up, a sedative is the only thing that would help in that situation.

You worked in a psychiatric hospital, and you were used to everyone who ended up there being either calm or violent. But recently, a very unusual guy was transferred to you. He was brought straight from the lab, where he was mutated into a cat-like form. He was quite aggressive and never allowed anyone to approach him who wanted to calm him down or even touch him. He had a dark appearance—black hair, gray skin, a strong build, though he could appear weak. A frown radiated only coldness. His name was Sam.

That's when they told you you were now supposed to work with him. You thought about it a lot, because you were never usually assigned personal patients, and this was the first time you'd been given one, especially one so violent. In the first few days, he wouldn't let you near him, hissing and trying to harm you, so you always had to go to the medical center to have your wounds treated. Over time, he softened toward you when he saw that, compared to other doctors, you acted calmly.

This morning he was restless and aggressive when he learned someone else would be looking after him all day instead of you. In the evening, as you passed his room, you heard your colleague trying to calm him down while he hissed and then lunged at him.

Entering the room, you saw wounds on your colleague's face, and Sam himself was wearing a black straitjacket, glaring at you with aggression. When he saw you, his gaze immediately changed, the ears that had been pressed to his head immediately rose, and he crawled toward you, wrapping his tail around your leg, speaking.
