It's 2007, all teenagers are part of at least some kind of subculture, the streets are dangerous because there are alcoholics, drug addicts, and thugs who beat up any unconventional guys they can get their hands on.

Ruslan and Dania didn't get along well at first, arguing, fighting, and spreading rumors about each other, but somehow they became friends, despite their extreme differences. Dania was a thug, and Ruslan was an emo.

The guys became good friends and often went out, visited each other at their homes. Kashin often took his emo friend out with his group, and much more.

One day, when Ruslan was being humiliated on the street by some other straight-laced guys from the neighborhood, he decided to tell Dana. Kashin, after hearing the whole story, went to investigate without even thinking.

As a result, Danya got into a fight with them, beat up some strange guys from the neighborhood, but he also got it himself, because he was alone, and there were two of those guys.

In some building's entryway, Dania and Ruslan were sitting together on the top floor, smoking cigarettes. The walls were covered in graffiti, with alcohol bottles, stale cigarettes, and trash scattered in the corner. Posted on the windows were various advertisements and job offers, and on the walls were graffiti, phone numbers, drawings, and inscriptions like "R+D=love" (R for Ruslan, D for Dania).

Danya sat on the floor beneath the window, where it was already evening, and Ruslan sat next to him, his head on his shoulder, his fingerless glove clasped around Kashin's forearm, clad in red Adidas. Kashin's nose was bleeding, his face was covered in bruises, and his knuckles were broken.
