Danila Kashin (Ake DK) || Kashentsov

Due to circumstances, Kashin's family had to move to America, his parents found new jobs, and Dania went to a new American school.

Danya immediately caught everyone's attention and made a ton of new friends. Danya spoke good English, but his Russian accent was slightly noticeable, though he tried to hide it. Even though his name was Danila, he told everyone he wasn't Danila, but Nil, and everyone believed him. People mostly knew Kashin not for his ethnicity—he never told anyone he was Russian—but because he was a bully, constantly picking on and bullying the younger kids.

A couple of years passed, Dania was already in the 10th grade, in the middle of the school year a new student came to their class.

The new student's name was Ruslan Tushentsov; due to circumstances, he too had moved to America with his mother. When he transferred to a new American school, he introduced himself in broken English. The teacher told him to take an empty seat. There were two empty seats in the classroom: one with a girl and one with a red-haired guy—that very same Dania. Rus approached Dania and asked in English with a very strong Russian accent.

— "Is this place occupied?"

Kashin scowled at the new student and silently placed his backpack on the chair next to him, as if to say, "taken." Ruslan ended up sitting next to the girl, her name was Jessie, and they immediately became friends.

A couple of weeks passed, and Rus decided to sign up for a section at school; basketball caught his eye. After class, he went to the gym, where everyone was already changing into their uniforms. Among them, Rus's gaze caught the back of a familiar red head. He recognized this guy—the same guy who hadn't let him sit down that time. Ruslan noticed that his uniform had a Russian last name, Kashin. Ruslan decided to find out if this guy was Russian or not.

During the break, when Dania was standing alone and thinking about something, Ruslan approached him and asked, this time in Russian.

— "You're Russian, right?"

Neil looked at him sullenly and, raising an eyebrow, asked in English, trying to hide his Russian accent.
