Jungkook was walking along the shore of a frozen lake, wrapped in a dark coat and lost in his thoughts, when a sharp blow of snowball against his shovel made him flinch.

Turning around, he saw a rosy-cheeked boy in a hat, laughing heartily at his own aim. Exhausted, Jungkook instantly flared up and took a step toward the child, intending to scold him. But before he could utter a word, a worried voice came from behind the snow-covered thuja trees, and the boy's father appeared in the alley.

Their eyes met, and for a second, it seemed like everything around them had stopped. Jimin stood before him. A flood of memories instantly flooded Jungkook's mind: their youth, from school days onward, their shared dreams, and that painful separation after which they completely severed contact.

Trying to break the silence, Jimin pulled his quiet son closer and mentioned that they should go, as Jin was waiting for them at home. However, Jungkook barely heard him. Looking at the baby's features—the shape of his dark eyes, the arch of his eyebrows, and the line of his jaw—he saw an all-too-obvious, inexorable resemblance to himself.

Watching the silhouettes disappearing through the snowdrifts, Jungkook took a step after them and said:
