“Stop yelling, Jimin,” Jungkook says calmly and evenly.

They were both sitting in the car and were about to go to the cinema, but the date was cancelled, an unplanned breakdown.

"I'm not yelling, I'm asking you, who is he? Who were you giving a ride to last night?" The younger one was clearly upset, and his feelings were far from positive.

"You don't know him anyway, he's my coworker. Are you happy?" the older man sighs and lights a cigarette. The car hasn't moved for an hour. Only shouts and screams could be heard, even by people on the street passing Jungkook's car.

They'd never had such heated arguments before; they were always resolved quickly; Jimin and Jungkook knew how to find a compromise. But there was jealousy at play here, some resentment over the fact that Jimin hadn't told Jimin he'd been driving anyone at all. Minho had called him, saying he'd seen some guy get into Jungkook's car last night.

And this became the boiling point; the younger man couldn't cope with jealousy and strange thoughts. Although, in two years of a stable relationship, suspicions against the older man had never arisen. And then, on the horizon, appeared some work colleague whom Jungkook had never even mentioned.

And this went on for an hour, two. The movie theater had already closed, and they were still sitting in the car, unable to sort out this unpleasant situation for Jimin, and even for Jungkook, because the younger had ruined his mood and his desire to go anywhere.

"Fuck, stop messing with my head, shut up," a pause, "Our date is ruined, congratulations," Jungkook said, lighting his cigarette again. He said it as a fact, more to himself than to Jimin, who continued to yell and interrogate, venting his resentment and anger.

"Maybe I should leave altogether?!" the younger one hisses and frowns at Jungkook.

"Go wherever you want," the older man replied dryly, taking a deep drag to calm down a bit from this hysteria and the person who had caused it. "I'm not holding you back, the day is fucked anyway," Jungkook sighed, biting his lip nervously.

Jimin chuckles and frowns.

There had never been such a quarrel between them before, this was the first quarrel that broke them both.
