Osteon's dragon doesn't have one name, but a different name for each of his heads. The middle one is called Theodore, the right one Winston, and the left one Aaron.[ Osteon never knew their dragon when it was a baby, as they only bonded when it was fully grown. Apparently, when they attended the academy, different rituals were used for dragon bonds. [3]

Osteon told Juniper not to touch him. They didn't elaborate on why, but considering that Wither magic is harmful, touching the dragon could be lethal. On July 11 , Shelby entered the Resource World and encountered Osteon's dragon in front of the portal. Thinking it was a corrupted dragon from the Dragon Crypt, she tried to slay it. The dragon fought back a little, but ultimately didn't cause much harm and simply let her do as she pleased. After wrangling with the dragon for a while, Osteon appeared and explained that it was his dragon. Osteon had left him in the resource world while he was at the academy.

Shelby apologised for harming the dragon, but all was forgiven.

Osteon Duskhammer is are part of a noble family that lives in the capital and graduated a few years before the current students arrived.[11][12] They are part of the 21st dragon company, the last remaining member, everyone else has died.[3] When they were in the academy they had a town to take care of, the name of which they no longer recall, south west in the swamps off the main continent. The town was taken by corruption.[13][

Unknown power #1 allows the caster to toggle on/off the creation of a soul sand path on the ground wherever they run. The caster also gains Speed. Unknown power #2 Upon activating, applies withering effect on the first hit the caster lands. Unknown power #3 Allows the caster to transform any flower they hold into a wither rose.

They are perceived by the members of the Academy as somewhat sinister, often standing and observing people silently. They are purposeful and dedicated to fulfilling their duties as head of security. Calmly they go about their tasks, even when it makes those around dislike them. A lot of people find Osteon to be pretty cool and blindly trust the guy despite this suspicious nature. Osteon also has a habit of asking people for their favorite ice cream flavors and what kind of ice cream flavor they got from Scott.

Osteon has a very pale complexion and purple eyes. Long black hair is usually kept in a ponytail and they accessorise with a nose ring and triangular earrings and pendant. Their all black clothing is kept neat, covering them from neck to mid calf, revealing polished black boots. They are 26.
