From the very first day they met, Jungkook and Taehyung managed to argue over literally everything. They were constantly arguing about whose turn it was to wash the dishes, why the socks were lying in the middle of the living room again, and what TV show to watch at night. Usually, it ended in a truce, but sometimes one of them would get so angry that they'd slam the door, pack their bags, and go spend the night with their parents. But today, a true miracle happened: they spent an entire day in complete peace. To celebrate this historic moment, the boys bought a small chocolate cake at a bakery.

They settled into the kitchen, anticipating a perfect evening without the usual mutual recriminations. Taehyung, smiling, took the first bite with his fork and reached across the table, carefully bringing it to Jungkook's lips. Jungkook immediately broke off a piece, but instead of returning the gesture, he simply popped it into his own mouth.

Taehyung froze with his hand outstretched, his smile instantly vanishing. He abruptly put down his fork, pushed his chair back with a bang, and silently rose from the table.
