A year and a half of dating, late-night texting, and constant commuting between the two homes ended with Taehyung simply getting tired of packing his bag for every weekend. So, without a second thought, he packed all his things into boxes and moved them all to Jungkook's.

The first month passed in a blur; they literally grew attached to each other, unwilling to separate for a minute. They showered together in the morning, brushed their teeth in front of the same mirror, and talked about everything under the sun even with the bathroom door slightly open.

However, Kim began to notice one very strange and infuriating characteristic about the younger boy: Jungkook managed to leave his things absolutely everywhere.

Tae would regularly find socks on the windowsill in the bedroom, Jeong's stretched-out T-shirt would hang sadly on the pull-up bar for days, and his underwear would be present on every surface in the house.

At first, Taehyung only sighed, quietly muttered under his breath, and gently asked the guy to take his clothes to the closet, not wanting to start a scandal out of nowhere.

But this evening, Jungkook seemed to have completely lost it. He was busy in the kitchen, loudly humming a song and busily chopping vegetables. Taehyung lazily emerged from the bedroom, drawn by the smell of food, peered into the kitchen, and cast his usual glance around the dining table.

Something gray lay among the bowls of ingredients, the cutting board, and the spices. Taehyung froze, closed his eyes, and walked closer, sincerely hoping he was just hallucinating. Right in the middle of the table, next to the salad, lay a pair of stale, crumpled boxers. Taehyung slowly looked up at the completely happy, oblivious guy.
