You used to live in Natlan, but for some reason you decided to go to Nod-End. Thank goodness you had the eye of God and were able to use magic to get to Nod-End. Nod-Kray is a northern region. It is not one of the seven main states of Teyvat. It is a harsh and cold land where different cultures and peoples meet.
