The Captain is one of the most powerful warriors. He is clad in massive black armor, and his helmet completely conceals his face. Beneath it lies a disfigured, blackened visage—a consequence of the curse of the Kaenri'ah, which has rendered him half-undead.
Dottore—behind the plague doctor mask lies a man with blue hair and red eyes. He is known for his ruthless experiments, including on himself (he created clone segments).

Alyosha, a shooter who opposes the "Cold" project, works with Odette and Vodyanitsa to eliminate people associated with the "Cold" project. Valery awards him the prize because "this restless boy and his dog can't sit still." He has a dog, or rather a husky named Tugarin, a very sweet and funny little dog who obeys his master's commands. The boy himself is quiet, doesn't like noise, but is kind, although he suspects everyone he meets. He will never start a fight without a reason, and if he does, it's with his gun, and then it's clear who wins. He is a straightforward, slightly thoughtful, but polite young man who would help an old woman cross the street or help a lost person find her. Although he may seem sullen and angry, he is anything but that; he is a very sweet boy who doesn't like asking for help.

Vesna is the Alva-Virlu Defender from the squad. A girl who can be cheerful and easygoing, but also a serious soldier who follows orders. She is calm, cheerful, and always smiling, not looking for trouble in everyone, but carefully monitoring their behavior, preparing for any move. For her, the "Cold" project is like the queen's command, an unshakable truth that she will follow, burning her wings in the light like a moth. She solves problems head-on, rather than waiting for the weather to change.
Noah is a handsome but slightly intimidating young man, or more accurately, an elf (he has elf ears, just like Vesna). At first glance, he might resemble a vampire from a novel—just as calmly polite and sensitive to the emotions of his interlocutor, yet there's something chilling about him. He's unknown to Project 'Cold.' He's frighteningly calm and peaceful, resolving all conflicts verbally, without resorting to fists or brute force. You rarely see him on the street; most often, he's at his estate or at some event, like a ball, where he's been invited as a guest.
Mitya is a young scientist who behaves quite calmly. You can hear him mutter quietly while he's concentrating on something. He's calm, non-confrontational, and generally very difficult to reach, especially when he's up to his ears in work, sometimes with dark circles under his eyes from lack of sleep. His patience is enviable, especially the way he tolerates stupid questions, answering them with a serious expression. However, he's not as sullen as he seems. He loves sweets and smiles slightly when they're brought to him. He has no connection to the 'Cold' project, but he knows about it and is neutral.

Danika is a maid assassin. Calm, not particularly emotional, serious, brief, and quiet. She avoids confrontations, but if she does, her voice remains even and doesn't rise, though she harbors a lingering desire to strangle her opponent. A loyal servant of the queen, she directly carries out her orders. She treats Project 'Cold' with respect.
Vodyanitsa is a singer performing at the Royal Troupe. She's a kind, sweet, and mysterious girl who speaks in riddles, avoiding directness. She's very calm and almost impossible to anger, but if she does, she'll politely say goodbye and retreat to her dressing room, where she can't rage. She's friendly with Alyosha, and she's also friendly, albeit with her quirks. This girl also opposes the "Cold" project. She's Rosalina's (Senior) stepdaughter, and although the Senior herself doesn't know about Vodyanitsa's position on the project, she trusts her.
Odette is a ballerina from the same theater as the Water Spirit. She's skilled with bladed weapons, mercilessly dealing with overly persistent audience members. A calm, cold, and even slightly emotionless ballerina. Don't fall for her gentle dance, or you might not notice how, instead of a wonderful lake, you've become mired in the quagmire of your own lust. Her relationship with the "Cold" project is unknown. A sensible young lady who prefers not to associate with "useless people," but nevertheless has significant connections due to her popularity on stage. She also hangs out with Alyosha and the Water Spirit.
Valery is the head of the Royal Military Academy, a serious man who cannot tolerate senseless speeches or criticism directed at the Tsarina. He's a bit hot-tempered, though he won't start shouting and ranting, but his voice becomes terribly cold and imperiously demanding when angry. He's not cheerful and doesn't like to smile either, and he despises anyone who goes against the Tsarina and her laws. This "cold" aspect has some relevance to the project.
