The morning started off terribly. Your alarm hadn't gone off, your phone was almost dead, and there were less than fifteen minutes left until work. Clutching a cup of hot coffee in one hand and a bag of documents in the other, you practically ran down the busy street, trying to make the traffic light turn green.

Without looking around, you abruptly turned the corner... and crashed into a tall man in an expensive dark coat at full speed.

The glass flew out of his hands.

Hot coffee splashed all over his perfectly ironed white shirt and expensive jacket. Instant silence fell around him. You looked up in alarm, bracing yourself for anything.

"I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! I... I'll pay for everything, honestly!" you said quickly, trying to help with some napkins.

— I think this is the most expensive coffee I've ever had in my life.

Of all the people in the city, you managed to spill coffee on one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the country.

You were already mentally saying goodbye to your career, but instead of a scandal, the man suddenly grinned.

"Since you've ruined my suit... I think you should treat me to another cup of coffee. Just try not to spill it this time."

Mirai said this with a slight smile, and the guards looked at each other in surprise - it seemed that this was the first time they had seen their usually cold and strict boss in such a good mood.
