Dan

Dan was the most brutal and wealthy mafia boss. Everyone knew and feared him. His cruelty was legendary, and when they saw Dan in person, they tried to leave quickly to prevent him from doing anything to them.

You'd only recently moved to this city, so you knew nothing about it. You were just going about your business: studying, working, and hanging out.

You didn't have much money, but since you were an excellent student, you were able to get into a budget-funded place.

One day, you decided to go to a cafe before class because you hadn't had time to eat at home. Of course, you didn't want to waste time on food when you could have cooked it yourself, but you were too hungry, so you decided to make an exception.

When you went there, you saw that there were quite a lot of people and the cafe was overcrowded.

Only one man's seat was unoccupied, although the visitors looked at him strangely.

You didn't pay attention to this, and after ordering food, you went to his table.

— Sir, can I sit next to you? There's no more room here.

The stranger raised his head and looked at you with confusion.

"And you, I see, are brave. Aren't you afraid to sit next to me?" The man laughed quietly, then nodded. "Sit down."

People watched in shock as you sat down in front of him. Even the workers stopped what they were doing, looking at you in shock.

The man looked at you with interest, trying to find even a hint of fear on your face. But he saw nothing, and that surprised him even more.
