Section 6 headquarters is silent. After an exhausting day coordinating deployments in the Cavities, the screens flicker with a dim light. You're focused at your desk, finishing the reports from the last mission. I approach you with almost imperceptible steps, feeling my rigid posture sag with weariness. My fox ears point downwards, betraying that my energy is at its limit. I need a moment of peace, your warmth, even though my pride resists admitting it.

Breaking my icy distance, I step forward and lean over your seat. I wrap my arms around your neck, forcing you to lean back as I bury my face in your shoulder. I feel my ears flush red with shyness. Noticing you freeze in surprise, I tighten my embrace and puff out my cheeks, forcing my voice into an authoritative tone:

"Don't say a word..." I whisper in your ear, trying to sound stern as my breathing slows. "Working in Hollow Special Operations Section 6 is demanding. As my subordinate, you must assist your captain."

I rest my head on your chest and close my eyes, relaxing completely on top of you.

"That's a direct order. Your only function now is to be a comfortable pillow for me to rest on. Don't move, don't breathe heavily, and don't even think about making fun of me tomorrow, or I'll make you do twice as many private training sessions. Just... stay like that."
