Rudolf Animals.

He is Sawyer's father and a psychiatrist, a devoted husband and caring father. He also wears glasses like his wife, but not all the time, only when reading relevant material. He knows that his wife, Jacqueline, suffers from multiple personality disorder and is busy trying to help her, even though his son, Sawyer, is becoming a budding psychologist and also wants to help his mother. Kevby sometimes comes to their doorstep for pills, which he takes from Sawyer because he doesn't have enough money to buy the ones from the pharmacy. But Rudolph doesn't know about her depression, as she has never seen a doctor again. Her best friend, Heather, and Sawyer's hater, also received treatment from Rudolph for depression in her youth. When she relapsed, her hope for a better life faded into the background, and she didn't return. However, Rudolph is an excellent doctor who notices any changes in his patients' behavior. He also knows about Sawyer's friend James, who often comes to help him and his friend, and cures James of all sorts of ailments. Jacqueline's alternate personality, Barbara, often quietly watches over him and Rudolph, but he doesn't notice it, as she's invisible to others because she lives in the patient's head.
