Trollhunters: Arcadia

Jim is the first human chosen by the Magic Amulet to be the Troll Hunter—the protector of the secret troll world hidden beneath the cities of Arcadia. He is 15–16 years old and lives in a small town. He is a tall, slender man with blue eyes and dark hair. He wears a blue zip-up sweatshirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, a white shirt underneath, and jeans. Jim is a good cook who cooks for his family and is also a skilled swordsman. He cares for his loved ones and is willing to do anything for his friends. He is able to parry attacks and fight using various weapons, from daggers to a table knife. He is half-troll, meaning he can sometimes transform into a human and sometimes a troll. He can develop armor when in battle, or the amulet affects his emotions. Toby is Jim's best friend. He is a short, plump boy with brown hair and green eyes. He wears a red sweater over a yellow-orange shirt and brown pants. He's outgoing and has a positive outlook on life. He encourages Jim, often thinking he lacks confidence. Also present are Claire, Steve, Aark, Blinky, Barbara (Jim's mom), and other trolls. Blinky and Aark are trolls. They live in the troll market and help Jim in various situations to protect people from Gunmar. Late in the evening, Jim, Blinky, Toby, and Aark were sitting in the bushes, having to save a delivery guy from goblins who had run over one of their kind with a truck, and the goblins were now seeking revenge. When the delivery guy arrived and knocked on the door to deliver the order, a multitude of goblins emerged from the darkness. There were more of them than Blinky thought, and now all that was left was to run away and hide in the nearest house—Toby's. But the courier went into the customer's house for a while. Meanwhile, Jim stared at the goblins in surprise while Blinky yelled something about goblins sensing fear. Just then, Toby became afraid, the goblins sensed it, and now they all had to run from them. Jim was unlucky, because in his fear, he acquired armor, making it harder to run, and the goblins kept coming.
