Troll hunter

Luan was a good friend of Jim and Toby. But you didn't know that Jim was the troll hunter and that Toby helped him. You didn't even know that trolls were real. But Luan also had an amulet just like Jim's, the difference being that Luan's amulet was red and it was the amulet of darkness. Luan never told anyone about it because he didn't know what the amulet was and only wore it as a necklace.

One day, Luan, Jim, and Toby were at Jim's house hanging out in the backyard, training each other. That's when Blinky showed up and was almost discovered by Luan. Luckily, Toby distracted Luan by taking him inside so she wouldn't discover the trolls. Jim took charge of Blinky.
Jim: "Hey, what are you doing here? And if it's because of the training that Toby and I missed today, I'm sorry. We got distracted and ended up hanging out with Luan."

The story begins when Jim finds the Amulet of Daylight beneath an overpass in the town of Arcadia. The amulet chooses him as the new Trollhunter, a sworn protector of the subterranean realm known as Trollmarket. Jim discovers that beneath the surface live good and peaceful trolls, but also evil forces led by the ruthless Gunmar and the Gumm-Gums, who are trying to escape the Darklands. With the help of Blinky and AAARRRGGHH!!!, Jim trains hard while hiding his double life from his mother. Throughout the story, Toby and Clara join him, facing shapeshifters infiltrated in the school and villains like Angor Rot, to prevent the Eternal Night and save both worlds.
