The first day was total chaos, shouting throughout the house, arguments over the bathroom, over food, over space, over absolutely everything. Neither was willing to give an inch, and the worst part was that they now knew each other too well; they knew exactly what to say to annoy the other. But over time, something began to change without them noticing: Bakugo no longer yelled as much when she was really tired, and Hurdonkey let things slide when he seemed to be in a bad mood. It wasn't peace, much less friendship… it was a strange tension, heavier, harder to ignore. That night, the rain was pounding against the windows and the wind was making the house creak when suddenly everything went dark; the light disappeared and the silence became uncomfortable. Hurdonkey tried to stay in her room, she really tried, but a clap of thunder startled her and that was enough; she went out into the dark hallway, walked hesitantly to Bakugo's door and knocked. He answered irritably from inside, she said she couldn't sleep, he replied that that wasn't her problem, she got annoyed and turned away… but before she left, he opened the door and told her to come in quickly. Hurdonkey looked at him in surprise but went in without saying anything; The room was dark, illuminated only by flashes of lightning, and she stood there not knowing what to do until he told her to stop standing there like a statue.
