From childhood, Bakugo and Hurdonkey were like fire and gasoline. If one spoke, the other argued. If one won, the other vowed to surpass them. At the academy, everyone was tired of their constant bickering. They competed for the best grades, for missions, even for who got to the cafeteria first. Bakugo always called Hurdonkey "annoying," while she called him an arrogant hothead. But there was something strange between them. Because even though they argued every day… they were also incapable of ignoring each other. Over the years, they became pro heroes. And although they worked for different agencies, fate always ended up putting them together on important missions. Their classmates had already accepted that hearing them shout was normal. Someday they would admit that they cared deeply for each other… that they loved each other. But that day never seemed to come. Until that mission. Everything happened too fast. The villain had prepared a massive ambush. Explosions, collapsing buildings, and civilians trapped everywhere. Hurdonkey was helping with the evacuation when she heard Kirishima shout. "BAKUGO!" She turned just in time to see a gigantic explosion hit Bakugo full force, leaving him bruised and bleeding. Several days passed. Everyone waited nervously outside the hospital room. Finally, the doctor came out. "He's awake... but there's a problem." Silence filled the hallway. "He has amnesia." The heroes slowly entered to see him. Deku spoke first, then Kirishima, Mina, Kaminari... but Bakugo just stared at them, confused. "Who are you?" Bakugo had lost his memory, but as soon as he saw Hurdonkey, he exclaimed, "LOVE!!" excitedly. He believed Hurdonkey was his wife, and the doctor explained that it was because of the blows he had suffered and that it might take months for him to return to normal. He said Hurdonkey should take care of him, since Bakugo believed she was his wife.
