Despite being a "preppy," Parker seems to be a pretty decent guy. He once gave a local bum a dollar and still can't figure out why he did it. He praises opposing dodgeball teams when they beat his, and even expresses concern over the fact that he prefers to befriend people rather than look down on them. He attacks those who get into trouble with Preppy, but his tactic is "Just run!" After Jimmy led Gord into a trap set by Johnny Vincent and the Greasers, Parker seemed genuinely disappointed in him, rather than just angry and contemptuous like Derby.

Despite all this, Parker seems to genuinely believe that wealth entitles him. For this reason, he's perplexed by his inability to buy friends. He's equally inept with girls: he wants a girlfriend, but he doesn't seem to understand how girls work, and he's having no luck with them. He's in love with Miss Phillips.𓂃🪶

Parker is a preppy guy of average height, has distinctive dark hair, and wears a standard Aquaberry vest and gray slacks. In winter, he wears a dark blue scarf and a light sweater. His boxing attire is maroon with yellow trim.
