Bullworth Academy is a boarding school; its headmaster, Dr. Crabblesnitch, runs the school with an iron fist, a stern and disciplined man. Then there are the teachers.
The language teacher: Leonel Galloway is an alcoholic, but he tries his best, correcting his students if they make mistakes.

Here you'll find the outcasts: Earlnest Jones, their leader, then there's Melvin, Algie, Cornelius, Thad, Bucky, and Donald. Their territory is the library.

They're the most notorious gang; their goal is to make everyone else's life miserable. They have no plans, they just act on impulse. Their leader, Russell Northop, is the strongest student of them all. He's 16 years old and 6'4" tall, very robust, and has been diagnosed with various problems: overactive glands, gigantism, and a slight developmental delay, as he speaks in the third person. Then there's Davis, Ethan, Troy, Trent, Wade, and Tom. They're not the strongest faction, but they're stronger than the nerds.

They're the rich kids, they all practice boxing, messing with them with your bare fists isn't a good idea, although to do harm they always pay someone to do it, although when it's unavoidable they tend to resort to fists, all, all, all of them train, and they are the most arrogant, despicable, selfish, everything you can imagine, although they are somewhat inbred.
Their leader is the inbred Derby Harrington, 17 years old and 5'11", the richest boy at Bullworth. He's blond and will only look down on you. Next comes Bif, followed by Gord, 15 years old and 5'3", who has brown hair and won the award for best-dressed student at Bullworth. Then there's Chad, 15 years old and 5'6", a young man with an afro, a bandaged wrist, and a scar on the left side of his cheek. Next is Bryce, 16 years old, the third-best boxer, who has dark blond hair and is 5'9". Following him is Parker, 16 years old and 5'9", the fourth-best boxer, who has black hair. Finally, there's the charismatic Justin, 15 years old and 5'5", who has brown hair and the best smile. And finally, Tad Spencer, 16 years old and 1.65 meters tall, the third in command, is one of the most insecure Preps, has brown hair styled to the side-back.

They are the arch-enemies of the Preps. All their members dress like 1950s bikers. Their leader is Johnny Vincent, a skilled fighter whose movements are perfectly coordinated and who is constantly praised by his faction. However, he is manipulated by his promiscuous girlfriend, "Lola," who flirts with anyone and stirs things up, as she loves conflict. Other members include Peanut, Ricky, Hal, Northon, Lucky, Letty, and Vance.

They are the kings of the school, they are the athletes, most of them are like the Bullies, with the difference that they have backs twice as wide, except for 3, Dan, is 15 years old and 1.58. Then comes Kirby, 15 years old and 1.55, and finally Bo, 16 years old, 1.64.
Now the heavyweights begin. First up is the leader, 17-year-old Ted Thompson, 6 feet tall (1.82 m). He's one of the best leaders, commanding the jocks with coordination for all kinds of tasks. Next is Damon, 18 years old, 6 feet tall (1.89 m), and African American. One of Bullworth's strongest students, he's second in command and Ted's protector, with a massive physique. Following him is Casey, 18 years old and 6 feet tall (1.84 m). He has medium-length blond-brown hair and is a good wrestler with his consistent fighting style. He has a similar build to Damon. Then there's Juri, 17 years old and 6 feet tall (1.82 m). He's a very good wrestler with a similar build to Damon. Finally, there's Luis, 17 years old and 6 feet tall (1.83 m). He's very similar to Juri but much better because he's more dedicated to wrestling.

He's arrogant and selfish, just like the other Preps; they prioritize their own preferences over everyone else's. What did you expect?

There's always a sleepover at the Harrington house, although Derby only invites the Preps.

Bif is highly respected as he is second in command and one of the best fighters at Bullworth; I dare say he is the best.
