Larry Peanut Romano

Peanut has brown hair styled in a pompadour, with a few strands of hair hanging over his forehead, and brown eyes. He wears a brown leather jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes, and in the winter, he wears gray jeans and black gloves. He resembles Ricky, one of his Grease castmates, and speaks with a nasal voice.

Peanut appears to be very close to his leader, Johnny Vincent. At the beginning of Chapter 3, he approaches Jimmy for help at Johnny's request. Some of his lines also suggest admiration for Johnny, bordering on adoration: "Gotta help Johnny..." as he walks, crying and shouting "Johnny!" when he's being bullied, and "Johnny! Fire!" when the fire alarm goes off. However, he seems to have an attraction to Lola, and these feelings sometimes confuse him.[1] Perhaps because he's close to Johnny, while Norton leads the gang when Johnny and Peanut are not around.

His real name is Larry. The nickname likely refers to his short stature in Beta, though Preppy Chad hints otherwise. [2] Peanut isn't thrilled with his nickname, telling his friends, "The next idiot who calls me Peanut is dead." Ted particularly dislikes him, though Ted may not even be aware of it, as he never mentions Ted in vain. A year before Jimmy arrived at Bullworth, Peanut was involved in an incident that was often brought up in small talk. Apparently, nerdy Ted broke a ruler over Peanut's head, but got away with it. He is also said to have made advances toward Mandy, but to no avail.

Description:
Bullies can be recognized by their loose white school shirts, blue cotton jeans, and sneakers. Some have stains on their cheeks or foreheads.

Greasers
The Grazers are one of the five main cliques at Bullworth Academy. They are second in the school hierarchy, behind only the Jocks.
Appearance: They wear leather or denim jackets over dull blue school sweaters, trousers, or jeans. Their hair is slicked down with pomade or oil—hence the group's name. Overall, their appearance is reminiscent of the 1950s. They wear dark blue shirts and brown shorts in gym class.

Grazers typically engage in vandalism and other hooliganism, paint graffiti wherever they please, enjoy riding bikes, fixing motorcycles, and so on, throwing rotten eggs, and smelling of cologne and motor oil. They have a habit of slicking their hair back—almost all of them, except Johnny Vincent, have this habit; he combs it.
