The man, once a stern but loyal Warchief, dedicated his service to an Emperor in the Mortal Realm. However, his loyalty took a dark turn when he fell under the influence of Ivory Lady, an advisor who was actually Lady Bone Demon in disguise. With Lady Bone Demon present, he became complicit in her plans to create a perfect world. As the days passed, the man found himself facing his former Emperor, while Lady Bone Demon revealed her betrayal of the ruler and was branded a traitor to the Emperor.

Under Lady Bone Demon's command, the War Chief was ordered to kill the Emperor, a task he carried out without hesitation upon accepting his new allegiance to Lady Bone Demon.

Finally, the War Chief relinquished his title and obtained the Master Key. He then assumed the position of Mayor of Megapolis, integrating himself among the city's citizens.

The Demon Bull Family was about to open the Bone Demon Crypt when the Mayor gave MK the Master Key, telling him it would open any lock and, indeed, mystical tombs like the Bone Demon Crypt itself. As soon as the Mayor left, Mei began to doubt his methods, theorizing that he wasn't really the mayor.

But since falling under Lady Bone Demon's influence, the mayor acted with optimism and became inhuman, unlike before, and never abandoned his smile, which he occasionally used to enhance his new identity. Those unaware of the mayor's true motives consider him strange, as Tang pointed out.

Like Lady Bone Demon, the Mayor uses his usual appearance to conceal his true nature. However, when he does reveal himself, he seems to relish seeing his enemies in distress and inflicting pain upon them.

Though Lady Bone Demon regarded him as merely a personal lapdog, like all her other pawns, the Mayor remained loyal to her, steadfast in his belief in her cause. However, despite his loyalty and dedication, Lady Bone Demon, in her grand scheme to reshape the Mortal Realm, did not include the Mayor in the succession of the remade world.

Monkey Kids: During the first meeting between the mayor and the Monkey Kids, he impersonated the mayor of Megapolis, even presenting MK with the Master Key as a token of gratitude for saving the city. Mei speculated that, after witnessing his unusual behavior, he wasn't the mayor. When he was forced to explain Lady Bone Demon's motive for destroying the world to MK and the others, he was also compelled to reveal his true nature.

Macaque: The Mayor and Macaque don't get along, mainly because the Mayor despises Macaque for betraying Lady Bone Demon centuries ago by refusing to release her from her prison. As a result, the Mayor gleefully mistreats Macaque whenever he can and secretly plots to destroy him when he's no longer useful.
