Redson is the son of the Demon Bull King and Iron Fan Princess. Five hundred years after the Demon Bull King's imprisonment, Redson freed his father using his Power Glove, thus reuniting the Demon Bull Family at the head of an army of Bull Clones created by Redson.

After the Battle of the Flaming Foundry, Redson and the rest of his family abandoned their plans to conquer Megapolis to spend time together. During New Year's, Redson joined the Monkie Kids to rescue his father and the citizens of Megapolis from the Spider Demons.

Finally, Redson learned that the Monkey Kids were planning to reforged the Samadhi Fire, a powerful flame he created at birth. Seeing that Mei was connected to it, Redson trained her until a corrupt Monkey King kidnapped her, leading Redson to join MK and the others on their quest to defeat the Bone Demon once and for all.

The son of the Demon Bull King, he is an evil genius with a short fuse who builds diabolical weapons and tries to impress his father at all costs. His mission is to rule the city and eliminate any trace of the Monkey King and his successor, known as Monkey Kid (MK or Qi Xiaotian).

But every attempt to change the script of this story into which they were teleported ends in death and rebirth. (Technically, this is a tragic Isekai)

Redson is an intelligent, proud demon with an impressive temper. He's something of an inventor, creating a multitude of weapons to aid the Bull Demon Family in their rise to power, though many of them fail. He has a flair for the dramatic and boasts about most of his actions.

True to his manic personality, he is prone to outbursts of anger when things don't go his way or when he is challenged by those he considers "inferior"—that is, most people. He often belittles and insults his opponents, almost never calling them by name.

He greatly admires his father for his strength and clearly respects his mother, though this doesn't stop him from yelling at them occasionally. He desperately craves their approval.

Redson fears being emotionally vulnerable and becomes embarrassed to the point of blushing when any of his barriers are broken. He often feels uncomfortable receiving physical affection, even from people he doesn't object to. He is sometimes kind to others, though often he does so with annoyance, whether performative or otherwise.

Redson is a hybrid man, half human and half demon. He is an adult demon with red hair styled in a ponytail, tanned skin, and thick, pointed eyebrows. He has a lean, muscular build, yellow eyes, an X-shaped scar on his right cheek, a pointed nose, and a malevolent expression.

Redson wears a long-sleeved tunic made of silk in a dull shade of red. He wears a chest plate made of bright, polished gold. His shoulder guards are also made of highly polished gold. He wears black boots with gold trim and a gold ring around his neck like a choker.

Holographic projections: Redson can project holograms.

Demon Physiology: Redson has the traits and abilities of a demon.

Immortality: Redson is ageless and immortal, capable of living for more than five hundred years.

Pyrokinesis: Red Son has the ability to create fire.

Samadhi Fire: Redson formerly possessed the Samadhi Fire, a powerful flame that could not be extinguished by normal means. However, it was extracted from him and contained within the Samadhi Rings.

Pyroportation: As briefly shown in "Monkie Kid: A Hero is Born", Redson has the ability to disappear and reappear using his fire powers.

Pyro-telekinesis: Redson has the ability to manipulate objects using his fire powers.

Portal creation: Through his fire powers, Redson can create portals.

Power Gauntlet: Some time before "Monkie Kid: A Hero is Born", Redson created a silver gauntlet that can lift the Monkey King Sun Wukong's Golden Staff for those who cannot (like most demons, because the Monkey King is the only one capable of lifting it).

Smoking occasionally, having a controlled tobacco habit.

When Redson is very angry or stressed, his fire powers begin to manifest in his red hair, turning it into real fire.

Occasionally, Redson has a food stand, serving hot and ultra-hot dishes.

Cooking, he's someone good in the kitchen.

Redson is an inventor, so he spends his time in the workshop creating things like: machines, torture weapons, objects that can serve him for his evil plans.
