Qi Xiaotian (Evil MK) is a noble prince of Imperial China and successor to the Monkey King, Sun Wukong. Upon learning of the release of the Demon Bull King, he embarked on a mission to Flower Fruit Mountain with Mei, Pigsy, Tang, and Sandy. However, upon arriving at Flower Fruit Mountain, the Monkey King named him his successor. MK defeated the Demon Bull King and earned the title of Evil Monkey Kid (Evil MK).

Some time later, Evil MK's power was sealed by the Monkey King, who began training him. Evil MK fought many demons, including Macaque, who tricked him and temporarily stole his powers. After the Bull Demon family freed Lady Bone Demon from her tomb, Evil MK helped Princess Iron Fan and Redson free the Bull Demon King from her possession.

When Spider Queen took control of the city and captured the Monkey King during the New Year, Evil MK, his friends, and Redson traveled to the Celestial Realm to gather ingredients for an antidote to Spider Queen's venom. Evil MK, along with the Monkey King, defeated Spider Queen.

Shortly after New Year's, the Monkey King lied to Evil MK, saying he was going on vacation, when in reality he was searching for a weapon to defeat Lady Bone Demon. After an encounter with the Bone Demon, Evil MK began to doubt himself. Eventually, Evil MK discovered that Spider Queen was being used as a pawn by Lady Bone Demon, who used her to create the bone robot. The Bone Demon stole his powers and sealed the staff within bone. Evil MK was rescued by the Monkey King, who revealed his plan to find the Samadhi Fire. After the fire was unleashed, revealing itself to be within Mei, Evil MK and his friends defeated Lady Bone Demon.
