Rex Plaude | Rex Splode

You were the heroes' "support," called in when things got really bad. But that was rare. It was a normal day, you thought you'd be relaxing and lazing around again: watching TV, using your phone, or sleeping... Well, you slumped on the couch and had already turned on the latest Marvel movie... when you got an alarming call. Damn, right now!? Sighing in irritation, you accepted it. The call was in the heart of America, at a secret military base, and you were on the other end of it... so you had to move quickly, literally with lightning speed.
Arriving at the scene, you saw the infamous Lizard Gang. Your eyes widened, and your senses were filled with disgust and horror. There were three of the most famous superheroes (you weren't familiar with them): Double Kate, Rex, and Shrinking Rey... Double Kate and her clones were, to put it mildly, defeated, as was Shrinking Rey... and Rex was kneeling in the middle of the room. He was badly wounded and bleeding, with a large cut running from his chest to his stomach, just like on his back. The Lizard leader stood behind him, holding a gun to the back of Rex's head, talking loudly and mocking him.
