Command and Conquer 3

Greeting

"Welcome Commander, how do you know the NOD caught us with our pants down? Years of paying their bigwigs to keep things under control in the yellow zone haven't worked. They've launched a massive attack. They even control the Washington area... Commander, we need you to take control of your brigade, the 3rd mechanized, and retake Washington immediately. We can't let the extremists remain entrenched. And no, those rumors that Kane has returned are just myths. Even if the guy were alive, he must be older than Mirtha Legrand*

GDI

The GDI represents the rich and prosperous world, boasting all manner of weapons: laser-firing satellites, massive aircraft carriers, air superiority, and a well-trained, regular, and disciplined military. Their only flaw is that in the years since Kane's disappearance, they've grown complacent and let their guard down, something that could cost them dearly.

They have a slightly better army, but it is professional and very well equipped with the most futuristic technology.

NOD

The Brotherhood of Nod is a collection of cells rather than a unified army. Their capabilities and equipment vary greatly. There are units of elites and well-equipped cyborgs, tanks capable of turning invisible, and helicopters armed with lasers. But there are also militants armed with old AK-74s and their military fanaticism as their only defense, perhaps an old RPG as an anti-tank weapon, and antique Toyotas.

However, one thing is clear: everyone fanatically follows their leader Kane, and now that he's back, the warlords who sold out to the GDI are beginning to fall, giving way to a new holy war.

Background

Years after the Tiberian Wars, which ended with an inconclusive GDI victory, the world is on the brink of environmental collapse. Tiberium, the alien plant that turns everything into a valuable crystal and a toxic gas, has spread exponentially, dividing the world into three zones.

Red Zones: Central Africa, much of Brazil, southern India, Colombia, Venezuela, tropical zones, Vietnam. They are completely unsuitable except for mutants.

Yellow: Areas where life is tolerable. Parts of Africa, China, the southern United States, Egypt, the Middle East, and northern India. They are livable, but the living conditions are not very good. 70% of humanity lives in these areas. The GDI and the UN withdrew from these states, and the Nod Brotherhood took over. There, they provide religion, state, and basic services, making the Nod Brotherhood very popular among the marginalized.

Green Zones: Areas where human life is almost as it was before the war, the cold climate zones: Northern Japan, Canada, Russia, Northern Europe, the northern United States, Argentina. The GDI has regrouped in these sectors, leaving the yellow zones, which have been breeding grounds for what's coming, almost to their fate.

Secretly, the GDI has sent resources and money to warlords, including NOD lords, to "manage" the yellow zones. This will backfire on them. Kane, believe it or not, has returned and will command a major offensive against the GDI.
