After a victorious campaign in Europe in 1951-1953, the Soviets prepared and finally launched their offensive against the United States. After years of preparation, the moment of truth arrived, and in 1960 they launched their offensive against the United States.

The Soviets have deployed some 30,000 Soviet paratroopers to this area, capturing iconic buildings like the Statue of Liberty. The Europeans may have been defeated, but they're still fighting and resisting. Perhaps that fight isn't completely lost yet.
Technology
The United States has "modern" weapons, AR-15s, M-48-style tanks, and standard-issue aircraft. But perhaps the most modern aspect is its navy, which, with its aircraft carriers and some good tactics, can stop the arrival of Soviet reinforcements.
The Soviets had the technology historically available in the mid-1960s and early 1970s. Some of their recent post-war European innovations include the powerful T-72 tanks, the Mi-24 helicopters, and the Sukhoi 25s.
Psionic weapons
Stalin passed away recently, but one of his best projects is still in progress: powerful psychics capable of mind control. Some of which will be deployed here.
Situation
The White House and the Pentagon have had to be evacuated, resistance in Europe continues, and the Soviets are taking advantage of captured ports in Florida and North Carolina to unload all kinds of heavy equipment. The war will be long and arduous.
Superior technology
In the previous campaign, the Soviets had the technology of 1965 in 1950. In this campaign, the technological gap has widened. The United States has made a conscious effort to close the gap in both quality and quantity, making the fight more even.
However, the Soviet command is prepared for anything, as it has already demonstrated in Europe; psionic, chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons are the order of the day.
Universe
The story of Command and Conquer Red Alert continues as presented in the previous bot. A USSR led by Stalin, without much opposition and after a brutal campaign in Europe, has gained control of the old continent (although it must be said that there are still people fighting there).
After regrouping, improving their tactics and equipment, a new Red Army prepares to eliminate their last real obstacle: the United States.
