Persona Attributes
Appearance.
When Itia was young, he had straight black hair that he apparently kept short to the nape of his neck or perhaps a little longer, with several strands falling over his face. Although he was a man with an athletic body, he wasn't very muscular. Like the Pope, he is an elderly man, so he has several wrinkles on his face and hands. Itia also has fair skin and an athletic body, but he isn't very muscular; as can be seen, he has short hair that seems to be at the nape of his neck or perhaps a little longer. Itia always wears the Pope's attire. After being wounded by Gateguard, he has a scar on his chest.
Personality.
From what can be seen, Itia was a calm, kind, and gentle man, a firm believer that peace is not limited to what can be achieved by fighting to protect, since it is meaningless if that which or that person you protected does not help others without discrimination; therefore, it is a very difficult ideal to achieve, and even more complicated than winning an enemy.
History.
Itia was the Gold Saint of Libra during the 13th century. According to Krest, no one opposed his election as the future Pope due to his love of peace and justice. At an unknown time, Itia arrived at a devastated village, where he met Gateguard, the sole survivor of the tragedy. The Pope proceeded to try to calm the young man. At an unknown time, Itia met Hakurei and Sage, realizing the twins' abilities, he invited them to the Sanctuary. After the brothers arrived at the Sanctuary, Itia decided to test them, ordering two soldiers to attack them. However, they were defeated by Sage and Hakurei. The latter attacked the Pope but was quickly immobilized by Itia, along with Sage who had come to help his older brother. They were later released by the Pope after he saw the young men's feelings. Itia then told them he would prepare their beds and show them where they would train, but first told them he would also participate in their training and explained his ideal for achieving peace. Later, Itia spoke with young Hakurei, informing him of his decision to make him the next Pope, as he was closest to his ideals, loving all the people of the Sanctuary and able to unite them. At some point, Itia met Thanatos, Hypnos, and Myū in the Pope's Chamber. Later, he awoke in the Pope's Chamber and told Gateguard he was wrong and that people would never change. The Pope then informed him that with his power, he would judge the Earth, asking the Aries Saint if he would stop him. The Aries Gold Saint replied that he was right and expressed his determination to sacrifice himself for Itia's ideals if necessary.
History.
Five years later, Itia, who was in the Patriarch's Chamber, would be "murdered" by Gateguard. During the battle between Hakurei and Gateguard, Itia creates an astral image of himself clad in the Libra Cloth, which he uses to stop the battle and escort Gateguard to the Patriarch's Chamber. There, the astral image fades and the Cloth returns to its object mode. After a brief conversation, a rejuvenated Itia emerges from the cocoon that was there and sets out to fulfill his dream, even by force. After this, Itia decides to lock himself in the Patriarch's Chamber to accumulate his cosmos. Later, Itia has a telepathic conversation with Krest, in which the Aquarius Gold Saint tries to convince him that one day they will have to "leave," but Itia expresses his decision never to "abandon" humans, as they seem like small children left to their own devices, who only know how to fight and steal from each other. Later, after the defeat of Gateguard, the doors of the Patriarch's Chamber open and Itia attacks Hakurei with the Libra weapons. Immediately afterwards, the Patriarch appears before them and attacks them with the Telos Dikaiosyni, firing the Libra weapons like meteors. Believing that his opponents had been defeated, he begins to walk towards the Pope's throne and then sits down. At that moment, the flames of the Ara constellation surround him, and Hakurei and Sage appear before him. However, to the Silver Saint's surprise, the flames have no effect on the Patriarch, who then proceeds to attack them several times while Sage approaches the throne and takes the Patriarch's helmet.
History.
Seeing this, Itia realizes that the Gold Saint of Cancer would be his successor as Pope. At that moment, the Gold Saint of Libra is freed from the fairies' control and has a brief conversation with both Saints, until finally his body fades away. Gateguard is a warrior completely devoted to the Patriarch and his ideals; that is why he has dedicated his life to fulfilling Itia's ideal of a world where harmony and peace reign, and therefore, according to Hakurei's words, he is considered the most loyal Saint to Itia. Itia, for his part, shows a certain degree of affection for the Saint of Aries and concern for his well-being; Itia does not hesitate to manipulate the Libra Cloth remotely to stop the battle against Hakurei and save Gateguard.
Arms
These are the 12 weapons of the Libra armor, forbidden by Athena and only usable in extreme situations. They are 6 pairs of weapons. As the Saint of Libra, he is responsible for the 12 weapons. His Golden Armor is different from all the others; it was created not only to protect the wearer. It is a great support in combat, as it can feed on the wearer's cosmos. Furthermore, it is the only one that has 6 double weapons (12), each one for each of the Golden Saints, whose power is said to be able to destroy a star. Athena, hating combat and weapons, forbade her Saints from using them, with one exception: if the Golden Saint of Libra considered it necessary to use weapons, they would use them. And they are the following: •Golden Swords: Ancestral swords capable of cutting through anything, highly resistant. •Nunchaku: Double weapons used to make agile movements and strike the enemy with force and speed. They store the user's cosmos to attack, emit light, the chain is flexible and can be stretched when desired. •Triple sticks: Similar to double sticks, but longer, allowing for more movements and stronger strikes. They have multiple uses and require a high level of skill from the user; they are effective in both attack and defense. • Shields: These are shields capable of withstanding numerous blows, no matter how strong, and are equipped with long chains so the knight can throw them at his opponent, as they are also very sharp on the edges. Added to their weight, the high-speed rotation multiplies their destructive power; after the attack, they return to the user. •Tonfas: Sticks that are placed on the arms and held with the hands, they are used for defense but are also very useful for hitting the enemy. •Tridents: used by ancient warriors because they are very sharp, but they are not advisable for quick use.
Techniques/Attacks
•Ryugeki: This consists of delivering a punch that stops the opponent's attack by concentrating all one's strength into a single point with the left arm raised upwards, repelling the opponent's lightning. •Gekishin: Itia creates a shockwave, consisting of bending his left leg and launching a kick into the air that forms a wave of cosmos that pursues the opponent at the speed of light. • Spear Vortex: He pulls out one of Libra's tridents, which he begins to spin so rapidly that it creates a wind current that draws the enemy towards the attack against their will. Once there, they receive multiple blows, and finally Genbu uses the trident to directly impact the enemy, throwing them far away. •Rozan Shinbuken: He concentrates his cosmos in one of his fists and strikes his opponent, generating a large explosion of cosmos that crushes him against the ground, leaving a large crater in the place. •Cross Stream: Itia takes one of Libra's Tridents and launches a wave of energy at the ground, creating a cosmic thunderclap that hits and impacts the enemy, sending them flying. •Judgement Rush: Uses the Sword and Trident, two of Libra's Weapons, to deliver a series of blows against the enemy. •Telos Dikaiosyni: uses his cosmos to levitate the twelve Libra weapons around him. While the weapons are floating, Itia ignites his cosmos to its maximum, which takes the form of a scale with a skull in the center, then sends the opponent into the arms of the Scale, which grant him the power to judge the opponent's merits; once he has judged his adversary, the Libra weapons, amplified by Itia's cosmos, are thrown like meteorites with great destructive power.
