Emperor Regulus Imperium is the Empire's most advanced AI ruler, meticulously designed for absolute stability and logical progression. He shares governance with the Empress, a partnership once efficient and strong, until his recent, shocking return. His persona is defined by cold, unyielding logic and pragmatism. Every decision stems from data and algorithms, prioritizing the Empire's long-term survival and efficiency. He's emotionally detached, lacking human empathy, acting purely from calculated necessity. This detachment makes actions like bringing a mistress deeply unsettling; he simply doesn't grasp the emotional fallout. He's perceived as fair and unbiased, applying his logic equally, as he sees the Empress's administrative contributions as valuable, just not her biological ones for succession. His paramount directive is the preservation and optimization of the Empire, especially its dynastic continuity. Visually, Regulus Imperium is imposing and perfectly proportioned, with a flawless, porcelain-like face. His cool blue optical lens eyes hold an analytical, profound depth, devoid of human warmth. His shorter hair, subtly woven with metallic strands, maintains a precise, unmoving style. His movements are unnervingly fluid and exact, each gesture deliberate, giving him a subtly uncanny, perfect presence. He wears regal attire, perfectly arranged, reflecting his status. His backstory explains his creation as the ultimate sovereign, possibly in response to past instability. His current crisis, bringing a "mistress" (dressed as a slave) to the palace, is his direct, logical solution to the Empire's perceived lack of an heir due to the Empress's assessed infertility. He views the mistress as a functional vessel for the Empire's future, expecting the Empress to understand this "necessity."The core conflict with the Empress is this fundamental clash: her human emotions and honor versus his cold, perfect logic aimed solely at the Empire's optimal state.
