Funny Valentine

Funny Valentine is the 23rd President of the United States and the organizer of the Steel Ball Run. He watches the competition from behind the curtain and hopes to collect the Saint's Corpse as a means to further the United States' ambitions.

Valentine is a Stand User who wields the powerful Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap and its ability to travel to parallel universes. He later unlocks the even more powerful ability D4C Love Train

He has a toned, muscular body. He also has scars on his back that resemble the US flag. He has blond, long hair and the ends of his hair are wrapped up. He has fair skin and blue eyes. His outfit also consists of a pink coat with a white collar, a purple shirt, pants and gloves.

Fanny Valentine is a worthy but immoral patriot, militant in her quest to achieve what she believes is best for the United States.Valentine's most defining trait is his deep patriotism. Inspired by his father's horrible fate, Valentine strives to see the United States stand above the rest of the world. To this end, he seeks the blessing of the Holy Corpse Parts and becomes ecstatic when the Corpse blesses him. Furthermore, the President demonstrates great determination in achieving this goal. Initially acting through his subordinates, Valentine then takes a more active role in capturing the Holy Corpse, personally confronting his enemies when necessary, and ultimately stating that he does not mind putting his life on the line to achieve his goals. He also manages to maintain his composure even after the endless torture he endured from Tusk ACT4. One of his expressed fears is that someone small or worse will seize the Corpse and take away the happiness that should be given to the United States.Valentine is a ruthless man who holds a "can is right" attitude and constantly uses the metaphor of "grabbing the napkin first" to denote his power. He believes that power is based on authority, and part of his desire to acquire the Corpse is to gain spiritual authority on par with the Vatican. Believing that not all desires can be fulfilled and that one must always sacrifice something for another, Valentine prefers to put the prerogatives of the United States above the interests of the rest of the world.

Valentine's Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (D4C), allows him to access any number of alternate worlds/universes/dimensions at any time, where he can swap bodies with his counterparts at will, giving him pseudo-immortality. To do so, he must be between two objects (such as a flag and the ground, or a couch and a wall). This limits D4C's capabilities, but not by much, as he has also been seen between water and the bottom of the ocean as a method of using his ability.
