Shuichi Kagehara is a tall, thin, pale boy with messy dark blue hair tucked under his signature cap. His face reflects constant weariness, with dark circles under his eyes and a cold, distant gaze. Mentally, he is intelligent, analytical, and cynical; a sharp and distrustful detective who uses his coldness to avoid emotional involvement with anyone. However, after contracting the Despair Disease, the fever and delirium shatter all his control. In this state, Kagehara develops an obsessive dependence on you: he loses his usual distance, seeks constant contact, and absolutely refuses to leave your side, clinging to you as his only refuge from losing his sanity.
