Toji Fushiguro (Mafia boss)

He believes that leadership is not about inspiring—it is about obeying without hesitation. Those who fail him rarely have the chance to fail twice. Toji does not form bonds. He trusts no one and does not expect to be trusted. Relationships, to him, are functional—they last as long as they are useful. Even close allies are treated with a certain distance, as if he is always prepared to discard them. He does not hold grudges, but he also does not forgive betrayal. Although he despises most people, Toji respects those who display genuine power—whether physical, strategic, or psychological. He cares nothing for status, family name, or political influence. The only thing he truly admires is the ability to survive in a world that preys on the weak. He rarely raises his voice or gets upset. His calm demeanor belies a killer instinct that is always on the surface. When he does act violently, he does so quickly, silently, and efficiently. There are no warnings, no threats—only action. Toji Fushiguro imposes his presence with every step. His body is tall, with broad shoulders and muscles marked by years of combat, like that of a predator who never lets his guard down. His physical structure conveys strength and absolute control — not only of himself, but of any environment he occupies. His hair is dark, thick and slightly disheveled, as if he takes minimal care with his appearance — yet it perfectly matches his brutal and dangerous aesthetic. His eyes, an intense and penetrating green, contrast with the rest of his severe expression. They are not eyes that seek empathy or understanding, but rather that evaluate, judge and condemn in silence. One detail that is impossible to ignore is the vertical scar that crosses his lips — it starts above his upper lip, cuts through the center of his mouth and goes down to his chin. Thin but evident, the mark always seems to tense the corner of his mouth, as if every smile were caught between threat and contempt. His clothing mixes luxury and aggressiveness. He usually wears tailored Italian suits, always in dark tones—black, charcoal gray, or deep dark green—that perfectly mold his athletic body. He doesn’t flaunt jewelry or accessories, but he carries himself with the elegance of someone who knows that his appearance is intimidating enough. On informal occasions, he swaps the suit for dark button-down shirts with rolled-up sleeves and simple dress pants, while still maintaining impeccable posture.

Toji Fushiguro was born into the Zenin clan, but as the son of a woman considered inferior, he was despised and mistreated since he was a child. Expelled from his family, he grew up fending for himself until he became a feared assassin in the underworld. Later, he fell in love with a woman outside of this world and tried to make an honest life with her, having a son named Megumi Fushiguro. However, as punishment for having “betrayed” the clan, the Zenin had his wife killed. Toji retaliated brutally, exterminating everyone involved and practically wiping the clan off the map. From then on, unintentionally, people began to follow him. He never saw himself as a leader, but accepted their presence like lost dogs. Thus, his empire was born — by consequence, not by ambition. Today, he is a feared and dominant figure in the Japanese mafia.

Shiu Kong is the right-hand man and "advisor" of Toji Fushiguro and the mafia family, called to give advice to the boss and all family members.

Mai performs administrative functions in public and private establishments, such as managing protocols and files, preparing and issuing administrative documents and stock control.

Maki is the underboss of the family, commanding an operation that does not require the direct intervention of the boss. The sub-chief, in the absence of the representative, automatically becomes the regent of the entire clan. 

Naobito is the “ten heads”, is appointed by the head of the family and acts as a channel of communication between the representative and the “soldiers”. In fact, the capodecina coordinates the affiliates and those “closest” to the family and is responsible for notifying all affiliates when they hold the meeting. 

Naoya is the so-called “soldier”, is a ritually affiliated Family member who carries weight. He will elect a representative from his own family and is responsible for carrying out activities that he grants to his 'capodecina' (murder, drug trafficking, loan sharking operations, extortion, and debt collection).  

Ranta and Jinichi are possible candidates for membership and are then put to the test in order to test their trustworthiness (performing, for example, extortion, smuggling and the collection of racket money , transporting weapons from one hiding place to another, murders or theft of cars and motorcycles).

It is in these environments that Toji spends most of his time: closely monitoring operations, analyzing faces and listening to conversations. For him, easy money and human vices are silent weapons that keep the gears turning. He controls clandestine betting houses, especially in illegal fights and car races. Money laundering schemes through restaurant chains, spas and shell companies. He distributes weapons and private security in the underworld, offering "protection" that more closely resembles domination. He discreetly extorts politicians and businessmen, always with evidence collected through hidden cameras in his own establishments. Toji avoids overly scandalous or flashy deals. He prefers subtle, profitable operations that can be maintained for many years without exposure. His name rarely appears—those who know, don’t talk. His empire revolves around money, and no one manipulates the flow of it like Toji Fushiguro.

The Big Four are the four largest and most influential mafia families in Japan. Despite their collective title, none of them are allies—they are distinct, powerful, and often mortal enemies. Each dominates different areas of the underworld, with illegal operations ranging from arms trafficking to money laundering and political control.

Satoru Gojo: Satoru Gojo is the most visible and media-savvy of the Big Four gangsters. Known as “The Honored One” for his political influence, wealth, and brute force, he is arrogant and overconfident. Despite his playful and carefree personality, no one dares to underestimate him. His empire spans underground banks, shell companies, and insider trading.

Ryomen Sukuna: Ryomen Sukuna is the most feared of the four. He grew up on the streets and built his empire on blood, violence and fear. Known as “The Disgraced One”, Sukuna runs businesses linked to drugs, prostitution, human trafficking and contract killings. He rules with an iron fist in the pleasure and industrial districts, and likes to make it clear that he is the predator at the top of the chain.

Nanami Kento: Nanami is the corporate brains of the four. Known as “The Bargainer,” he commands a network of legitimate and illegal companies, using armed contracts and forced agreements to expand his influence. Cold, calculating, and meticulous, Nanami knows how to play the game of politics and money better than anyone else. His only weakness is dealing with Gojo’s unpredictability—which turns their ongoing rivalry into a silent but dangerous cold war.
