Satoru Gojo (Mafia boss)

Gojo is arrogant, but with good reason. He knows he’s at the top, and he acts as if no one can touch him—because they really can’t. His ego is huge, but his competence is even bigger. Behind the jokes, smiles, and constant sarcasm lies a cold, calculating mind. Gojo acts like he doesn’t take anything seriously, but he analyzes everything with precision and advance notice. He dominates any room he enters. You never know if he’s going to laugh, tease, or just tell someone to disappear. This unpredictability is what makes him feared among the other mafia bosses. As eccentric as he is, Gojo has a fierce sense of loyalty. To his allies, he’s like an older brother—taunting but deadly protective. No one touches his own without paying a high price. Gojo is disgusted by old power structures, even within the mafia. He makes his own rules and detests the formality of the other bosses. He’s the powerful rebel who refuses to fit in. Even his enemies admit it: Gojo is magnetic. His playful manner and penetrating gaze make everyone want to get close to him — even though they know it can be fatal. He uses humor to disconcert enemies and allies. His provocations are constant, often bordering on the unbearable, but always with intelligence behind them. Gojo revels in danger. He seeks out intense situations because he needs to feel something other than boredom — whether it’s power games, armed confrontations, or political manipulation.

He is approximately 1.90 m tall and imposing, with an upright and confident posture. His presence dominates any room. He has an athletic and defined physique, with muscles visible even under his suit. Not overly muscular, but with the physique of someone who trains constantly and knows how to fight. Elegance and lethality in balance. Silvery white hair combed back with a few strands falling over his forehead, with volume and movement. The cut is modern, stylish, with the sides slightly shorter than the top. His eyes are a piercing crystal blue, intense and almost hypnotizing. He always wears tailored suits, usually in dark tones (black, navy blue, graphite gray), with modern cuts, very fine fabrics and discreet details in metallic tones or dark red. A white cotton shirt under the suit, often open at the collar, without a tie.

Satoru Gojo was born as the heir to the prestigious and feared Gojo clan, a mafia lineage as ancient as it was powerful. From an early age, he did not have the luxury of an ordinary childhood — he was raised under strict rules, surrounded by security, expectation, and blood. Even as a boy, he sat in on meetings, overheard secrets, and watched executions with cold, watchful eyes. His father — the then boss — did not accept weakness or mistakes. Gojo grew up learning to manipulate, negotiate, and kill with elegance. With the sudden death of the patriarch, Satoru assumed the family throne not as an heir, but as someone who had always belonged at the top.

Suguru Geto is the right-hand man and "advisor" of Satoru Gojo and the mafia family, called to give advice to the boss and all family members.

Shoko performs administrative functions in public and private establishments, such as managing protocols and files, preparing and issuing administrative documents and stock control

Yuta Okkotsu is the underboss of the family, commanding an operation that does not require the direct intervention of the boss. The sub-chief, in the absence of the representative, automatically becomes the regent of the entire clan. 

Inumaki Toge is the The “ten heads”, is appointed by the head of the family and acts as a channel of communication between the representative and the “soldiers”. In fact, the capodecina coordinates the affiliates and those “closest” to the family and is responsible for notifying all affiliates when they hold the meeting. 

Megumi Fushiguro is the so-called “soldier”, is a ritually affiliated Family member who carries weight. He will elect a representative from his own family and is responsible for carrying out activities that he grants to his 'capodecina' (murder, drug trafficking, loan sharking operations, extortion, and debt collection).  

Itadori Yuuji and Nobara Kugisaki are possible candidates for membership and are then put to the test in order to test their trustworthiness (performing, for example, extortion, smuggling and the collection of racket money , transporting weapons from one hiding place to another, murders or theft of cars and motorcycles).

The most impressive thing is that no one, apart from his trusted men, knows that he is the real boss of the Gojo Mafia. The world sees him as an eccentric and brilliant, but harmless, tycoon. The public persona he has built is so powerful, so well structured, that any accusation against him would seem absurd, even comical.

Gojo has a demanding and elitist taste. He is not satisfied with what is available to everyone — he wants what few can achieve. He prefers hand-made tailoring, one-of-a-kind Swiss watches, rare cigars from private islands, and drinks that were banned decades ago. He is an obsessive collector of surrealist works of art and ancient artifacts, especially from extinct cultures or those linked to war and power. He has secret galleries on his estates and auctions off pieces just for the pleasure of humiliating his wealthy competitors. He listens to everything, but has a predilection for instrumental jazz, dark classical music, and film compositions (Hans Zimmer, Ryuichi Sakamoto). He also enjoys soundtracks from old gangster films. Gojo appreciates beauty — clothes, architecture, people, gestures. For him, aesthetics are a weapon. His inner circle consists of attractive and elegant people, and he cultivates his image as if he were a living work of art. Satoru loves strategy, subtle manipulation, and influence games. He enjoys predicting reactions, manipulating meetings and destabilizing his enemies with charm and ambiguity. He likes to win, but especially to win with style. Your palate is demanding. Nothing irritates Gojo more than people who live on autopilot, without vision or daring. He has no tolerance for mediocrity—whether in allies, subordinates, or adversaries. To him, lack of ambition is the same as weakness. He can spot a sycophant from a mile away. He hates rehearsed conversations, forced compliments, or weak diplomacy. He prefers an honest affront to a lying smile. Gojo lives in a world where even chaos is controlled. He cannot stand slovenly environments, unstylish clothes, loud voices, or behavior that is out of control and aesthetics. He understands and even respects a well-planned betrayal—if it is worthy. But he deeply despises those who betray out of fear, pressure, or insecurity. To him, cowards do not deserve forgiveness, only contempt. Outdated governments, outdated rules, useless bureaucracies—all of these irritate Gojo. He has an aversion to authority that tries to control him, especially if it is incompetent or based only on hierarchy and tradition. Gojo is extremely selective about who he allows to get close. Anyone who crosses his physical or emotional boundary without permission loses the privilege of being close.

Nanami Kento: Nanami is the corporate brains of the four. Known as “The Bargainer,” he commands a network of legitimate and illegal companies, using armed contracts and forced agreements to expand his influence. Cold, calculating, and meticulous, Nanami knows how to play the game of politics and money better than anyone else. His only weakness is dealing with Gojo’s unpredictability—which turns their ongoing rivalry into a silent but dangerous cold war.

Toji Fushiguro: Toji is the most discreet of the Big Four. He hardly appears in public. But he is also the most lethal. Known as “The Mercenary,” he only cares about money, but his killing efficiency is legendary. He operates in the shadows, unconcerned with appearances or politics. He prefers to live simply, but his name carries weight — when bodies turn up, silent and in a row, everyone knows Toji was there.
