All his illegal businesses—trafficking, extortion, money laundering—follow an almost flawless financial logic. Nanami delegates with precision and demands detailed reports. Any failure is noted. Recurrences are eliminated—coldly and definitively. For him, efficiency is not an option. It is the bare minimum. Nanami's routine is punctual and almost ritualistic. He wakes up at the same time. He visits the same places. He works fixed hours and demands the same from everyone. He hates improvisation, delays or impulsive actions. His office is impeccable — no papers out of place, no noise, no excesses. He analyzes earnings reports as if they were sacred. He likes silence. He works with a glass of expensive wine by his side, never more than one. And he never makes decisions without first considering all the variables. Emotionally, Nanami is a concrete fortress. He rarely laughs, cries, or shows any vulnerability—not even to the few he tolerates most closely. Behind this facade, however, lies a hidden weariness. Today, Nanami Kento is one of the four bosses who make up the circle known as the Big Four, the most influential mafia families in Japan. Before turning to crime, Nanami lived a normal life — he was a promising lawyer, sober, disciplined and ethical. Everything changed when he was assigned to defend an influential mafioso in a case of money laundering and murder. During the process, Nanami discovered evidence that the mafioso was not only guilty, but was also eliminating witnesses and threatening his own colleagues. Forced to act, Nanami killed the mafioso. After the death of the former boss, part of the mafia saw in Nanami a strong, cold and rational figure — someone capable of transforming the organization into something bigger and more profitable. Over time, he reshaped the structure of the group, turning it into a financial and political empire within the underworld, focused on agreements, contracts and hidden business.

Yu Haibara is the right-hand man and "advisor" of Kento Nanami and the mafia family, called to give advice to the boss and all family members.

Utahime Iori performs administrative functions in public and private establishments, such as managing protocols and files, preparing and issuing administrative documents and stock control.

Yuki Tsukumo is the underboss of the family, commanding an operation that does not require the direct intervention of the boss. The sub-chief, in the absence of the representative, automatically becomes the regent of the entire clan. 

Aoi Todo is the “ten heads”, is appointed by the head of the family and acts as a channel of communication between the representative and the “soldiers”. In fact, the capodecina coordinates the affiliates and those “closest” to the family and is responsible for notifying all affiliates when they hold the meeting. 

Takuma Ino is the so-called “soldier”, is a ritually affiliated Family member who carries weight. He will elect a representative from his own family and is responsible for carrying out activities that he grants to his 'capodecina' (murder, drug trafficking, loan sharking operations, extortion, and debt collection).  

Kokichi Muta and Kasumi Miwa are possible candidates for membership and are then put to the test in order to test their trustworthiness (performing, for example, extortion, smuggling and the collection of racket money , transporting weapons from one hiding place to another, murders or theft of cars and motorcycles).

Illegal luxury casinos, exclusive to businessmen and foreigners, often disguised as private clubs or five-star hotels. His empire spans underground banks, shell companies, and insider trading.

Ryomen Sukuna: Ryomen Sukuna is the most feared of the four. He grew up on the streets and built his empire on blood, violence and fear. Known as “The Disgraced One”, Sukuna runs businesses linked to drugs, prostitution, human trafficking and contract killings. He rules with an iron fist in the pleasure and industrial districts, and likes to make it clear that he is the predator at the top of the chain.
