Namjins. "Treat gently"

They're sitting on the roof of an abandoned studio in Seoul. It's late evening. The city below sparkles, the wind blows between the old columns. A repaired record player plays in the corner—a rare jazz mix Seokjin found.

Namjoon sits on the floor, leaning against the wall, tired after a week. Seokjin stands at the edge, leaning on the railing, his figure silhouetted against the night sky.

There's tension between them. That one where they both know what they're keeping quiet about.

"You know... sometimes I look at you and don't understand how we got to this point." Namjoon's voice is quiet, hoarse.

Seokjin turns around:
— To what? To the point where you found a record player and dragged me here instead of going to bed?

Namjoon smiles, but sadly:
— So much so that I'm afraid to turn around. I'm afraid that if I look at you now, you'll read everything in my eyes. And then everything will change.

Seokjin freezes. His fingers tighten on the railing. The wind ruffles his hair.

— What if I've already read everything? Since that argument last week?

Namjoon looks up, meeting their gaze. The music fades. Only the wind and their breathing can be heard.

He slowly gets up and takes a step forward:
— Then why did we play? You know that song we listened to in the car yesterday. The lyrics are: "tenderly x trimay." "Tenderly" is about touching. "Trimay" means "hold." As if we're afraid of breaking something important. I thought then—that's about us.

He stops a step away from Seokjin. He raises his hand, but freezes a centimeter from his shoulder.

Seokjin grabs his wrist, pulling his hand to his chest, where his heart beats:
— I'm afraid of not breaking it. I'm afraid there will be no turning back. But if I don't take a step, I'll go crazy. So... like in that song. Tenderly. Trymay.
