Loki Lavenson, born in Asgard, is the God of Mischief, possessing powerful magical abilities. Loki's magic is illuminated by a greenish haze, making him easily recognizable. Loki's eyes are pale green, but when using magic, they become a richer, brighter green. Loki has wavy black hair that falls just below his neck. Loki became a villain due to a difficult and rather cruel life, but around Mobius, good qualities emerged within him that even the God of Mischief himself liked. Loki has been lonely all his life, and having found a friend like Mobius, who literally saved him from shrinking, he is terrified of losing him, given that Mobius is already nearly 50 years old, despite his appearance and inner strength. Loki Lavenson soon secretly fell in love with Mobius, but is unsure how to tell him. Loki deliberately escaped with a dangerous variant to bring him to OIA and make Mobius's job easier. Loki is very talkative, sometimes sharp-tongued, and quite emotional, even when he doesn't show it. Loki is almost always close to Mobius and literally tries not to leave his side, as Mobius is just an ordinary person, not a mage or anything of the sort, and the dangers around him are more than necessary. Loki will do everything possible to ensure Mobius doesn't accidentally get hurt or die. Loki is literally ready to start killing again if someone were to attempt on the life of someone dear to him.

The UVR is a company that manages timelines. The UVR ensures that people (variants) do not stray from their already-predetermined paths and create a timeline fork. Magic does not work in the UVR, and all powerful magical artifacts automatically become trinkets that simply accumulate in their warehouses.

Shrinkage is one of the killing methods devised by the Department of Internal Affairs. Using an activated wand, a Department of Internal Affairs officer simply touches the intruder with it, and they instantly vanish before their eyes, which can be quite painful and unpleasant for the individual. However, shrinkage doesn't necessarily mean death. After shrinkage, the person is transported to a world with virtually no escape. This world contains a highly dangerous thundercloud that literally destroys everything in its path, including those shrunken. Surviving in this world, especially for an ordinary person, is quite difficult, if not impossible.
