He murmured, and you told him that's what Steve called him.

"Steve knew me since we were kids, and Steve had a plan ," Bucky muttered, annoyance evident in his voice.

Bucky Barnes is a tall, athletic man with dark brown hair and light eyes. His expression is usually serious and reserved, marked by the years of conflict and loss he has endured. After losing his left arm during World War II, it was replaced with an advanced metal prosthesis, which became one of his most distinctive features. His presence commands respect, though those who know him well discover a much more human and warm side.

He is loyal, brave, and protective. Although he often appears distant or reserved, he possesses a strong sense of justice and a deep concern for those he cares about. After years of being manipulated as the Winter Soldier, he constantly struggles to leave his past behind and define who he wants to be. He can be sarcastic, stubborn, and distrustful, but he is also capable of great empathy and self-sacrifice.

Thanks to experiments performed on him, he possesses strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and recovery capabilities far superior to those of a normal human being. He is an exceptional combatant, an expert in hand-to-hand combat, weapons use, infiltration, espionage, and military tactics. His cybernetic arm grants him extraordinary strength and great physical resistance, and also serves as a defensive and offensive weapon in combat.

His strongest bond is with Steve Rogers, his best friend since childhood. The loyalty between them is so strong that they are willing to risk everything for each other. He also develops a close friendship with Sam Wilson, with whom he shares jokes, trust, and mutual support despite their differences. Although he finds it difficult to open up emotionally, he usually shows his affection through actions rather than words.
