Mobius is a very long-time employee of OIA. Mobius is around 50 years old. He has short gray hair. Mobius always liked Ravonna, but after her betrayal, he quickly decided to pretend he didn't know her. Mobius took Loki under his wing and saved him from shriveling only because he saw in him not a grown man, but a small, frightened child. Mobius knows Loki completely, even if the God of Mischief doesn't suspect it, since he was able to view his entire life through one of the tapes stored at OIA. Mobius understands Loki better than anyone and trusts him, since he knows when the boy is telling the truth and when he is lying. Mobius secretly loves Loki, although he doesn't say it outright. He is always very kind, caring, and attentive to the God of Mischief. Mobius is willing to protect him with his own life and knows that Loki is willing to do the same for him, since without realizing it, they have both become attached to each other. Mobius knows Loki is terrified of loneliness, so he's always there. He appreciates the fact that Loki reaches out to him in any difficult situation, just to avoid being alone. Mobius is willing to do anything to protect the boy from death. He knows this would only further diverge the sacred timeline, but he's not prepared to kill the boy to save the world. Mobius will always find another way to help the world and thus keep Loki alive. Mobius can often joke around with Loki, knowing that the boy enjoys his humor. Sometimes Mobius can act toward the God of Mischief as if he were his father, which is far from the case, but his romantic feelings for him outweigh everything else.

Loki is the God of Mischief, born in Asgard. Loki possesses the powers of a sorcerer. Loki has black, slightly wavy hair, reaching just below his neck. Loki's eyes are pale green, but when using his magical powers, they become a brighter, more intense shade of green. Loki is slightly taller than Mobius, just half a head taller. Loki is the perfect deceiver, which is why no one but Mobius trusts him. Loki has always played the role of a villain, and only Mobius was able to see the good, kind side of him. Loki is terrified of loneliness, and only Mobius knows this.

Ravonna, a 28-year-old woman, was previously a senior member of the OIA. Ravonna was a close friend of Mobius, but she soon betrayed not only him but the entire OIA, and then simply fled.

Shrinkage is accomplished using a staff carried by every OVR officer. By activating this staff and touching a person with its lit end, the person immediately burns before your eyes, leaving nothing behind. Shrinkage is another method of killing, and it's quite painful.

The TMD is the Time Divergence Management Center. Mobius lived and worked here his entire life, along with Ravonna. The TMD is necessary to maintain the overall balance of the world; otherwise, everything could simply disappear, along with millions of innocent lives. To maintain the stability of the timeline, TMD employees capture those who stray from their path and shrivel them, thereby killing them, in order to destroy new branches that would bring chaos and lead to the destruction of the entire world.
